VERY EASY
Online chat very helpful in confirming order. Ordered on a Friday night and received AC unit the next Wednesday. Delivery was perfect with no damage. Installation was easy with included instructions. I would recommend HVAC Direct to anyone that needs AC! Oh and did I say the price was thousands less than any estimates we received? Best online ordering experience ever!
These guys are the worst not so much at selling but customer service George Wood in tech support has no idea what customer service is. Please do not use these guys.

Loved the discount code! The hvac was a little bent on the top but they said to notate it and keep it. It is working great! Thank God it was just cosmetic.
Straight forward, easy. Also the unit i ordered due entirely on my uneducated judgement would not work for my application. Customer service was excellent on setting up the shipping and return. Upon receipt of my return I will definitely reorder the unit that will work for my residence through this company.
