Timely delivery when in transit. Although, I would have liked a confirmation earlier as I believe some of the gear was not in stock before it was delivered and needed to be backordered. Although our site says that some items are on backorder (on the individual product page and throughout the checkout process) we are finding that some customers are missing that information, so we'd certainly welcome any feedback on how to improve that.
