Worst of all my streaming services. I get to see more commercials than actual shows because after the commercial break it stops working. Either comes back and freezes or no sound. Oh and lets be serious, horrible commercials that repeat again and again. If you can get hulu to work for a few episodes it either starts the show back at the beginning or just turns off. No its not my internet. My speeds are very high plus no problems with Netflix, Amazon prime, F1, or Funimation. I doubt Hulu will ever be top notch. But it could try to be average.

Had hulu for 2 years and It's just gone to s***. Was still paying for service and couldnt get anything on the TV for 6 months! Dont recommend and crappy customer service. Go with sling!

Fubo blows Hulu away. I never ever have to watch a commercial to watch a game or almost all movies except on fubu tv network channel. Hulu has way to many commercials. SUCK AZZ

Hulu is like Windows 3.0 in its design and execution. Try to offer constructive advice and customer service hangs up on you. We canceled 2 hours into free 5 day trial. YouTube is much better though as expensive.

Stupid $#*!s are elitists... I have $#*!ty tracfone, but guess what? Youtube works just fine! But these $#*!s and their $#*!ty $#*! app?! "$#*! you, we aren't the problem as to why you can't watch this, you are, the problem is on your end you poor, broke $#*! hoe! BUT KEEP PAYING US FOR LOUSY SERVICE $#*!! HAHAHA!" -_- NetFlix even works better... And NetFlix is kinda $#*!ty... But no, hulu can't match their competitor not youtube. That's $#*!ing sad and pathetic, and insulting beyond belief. -_- WELL! I guess these $#*!s DON'T want my money! Seriously, someone please tell them that their $#*! is worthless.

Price is ok, ads are way more than cable and too much. Quality is great if you have good internet. I like it for the most part.

At first Hulu was a very good value. Then the price started to climb, and customer service went out the window. I have the no ads option. I read how it worked then watched some shows and could understand why i was still seeing ads. I was then told there were some exceptions. Why was this not stated in their ad? It didn't matter the shows i was watching Anthony Bourdain (travel channel), Cold cases (A&E) most of the time get commercials. These shows are not live when we get commercials. Calling customer service is impossible as there is always 45 minutes or more wait time to talk with someone, no matter when you call. When you do get through to someone, they are not helpful. Best thing to do is pull the plug and find someone else.

Atop an already comparatively expensive subscription cost, Hulu crams in more adds than every other streaming service combined. Not to mention the fact that half of the content is locked behind a more expensive version of Hulu in which the advertisement problem is still present. Would not recommend.

Crappy network feeds, poor quality and an absolutely horrendous menu system. ZERO customer support. Cutting the cord is no longer worth it

Hulu offered me a come back month free. Billed me 11.99 instead. When I called customer service, they would not credit me and said I was not "eligible." They sent me many emails to come back and then I am not eligible? I think the money makes money when people sign up for free month and then don't notice that they were charged on credit card. Terrible attitude towards customer at Hulu.

Hulu is the epidemy of bait and switch. I dislike the constant interruptions of the commercials. That is not what a paid subscription was supposed to be.

So a few years back I had Hulu and paid to not have commercials. Guess what, I still had commercials, still have no idea what I was paying extra for. I ended up canceling it. Few years later, got married and my wife got Hulu. Paid for the live TV and whatnot. I ended up paying for Hulu again and agreed to pay the extra for no commercials. Well, there's still commercials. Volume is freakin ridiculous too. We have to mute the TV literally every time so we don't have to keep turning the TV down. It's ridiculous. Get cable, Hulu is not worth it

Watching my favorite basketball team. Seesaw game. We're up by 2 with 30 seconds remaining. Commercial... HuLu switches to PGA golf coverage! Who won? I had to Google it to find out. Pathetic. Hulu offers no pathway that I could find for customer service or complaints. I'll be switching to another streaming service!

If you don't mind trying to depend on Hulu and finding the sorry temporarily unavailable message about 50% of the time it's great! If you don't mind paying an exorbitant amount for no ads and still have to suffer thru a lot of exceptions - Hulu is the one for you! If you don't mind buffering issues and troubles with the app - go for it. Me? For the amount they charge me, and they don't have my local channels although they enticed me with offers of them ( they broadcast Chattanooga instead of Knoxville and will not respond or fix) I am going to get four times the service for what I pay for this with half or less the frustration!
