Hice un pedido, el seguimiento logístico comenzó antes de yo haber hecho el pedido, en 10 días ponía que estaba entregado, luego después de luchar mucho me dicen que puede que se haya perdido, me vuelven a decir que está entregado, les pido albarán que lo demuestre con mi firma y dni, me dicen que tenga paciencia que me mandan de nuevo los artículos, y hoy me dicen que intentan hacerme reembolso, en casi 2 meses mi pedido ha pasado por todos esos estados, solo espero que para hacerme el reembolso no tarden otros dos meses, creo que ningún pedido llega y que los que dicen que si les ha llegado es personal de la empresa o conocidos ( o les pagan por poner una opinión positiva)
Horrible service and no return policy honored. I contacted Huckberry regarding a broken zipper on an expensive jacket. Took them days to respond. They said they would "try" to get me a new one and then just stopped responding. Crappy company. Go direct to the manufacturer if you can and absolutely do not purchase through Huckberry.
I ordered an expensive product, more than $600, for my partners Christmas present. They cancelled it without telling me and I only found out a week later when I called. Zero communication, their representative on the phone was surly and the follow up email, after I called, terse and unpleasant - telling me not to use visa, but PayPal instead. Too late to reorder the product from another store. I will never be using Huckberry again. Atrocious customer service and entirely unreliable - avoid and purchase directly from the manufacturer.
I bought a pair of not inexpensive boots through Huckberry last year and 8 months later a part of the boots failed making them uncomfortable to wear. Tori from Huckberry contacted the manufacturer on my behalf who provided a potential solution that involved the issue being fixed by a cobbler (paid by me) with a replacement part they would sell to me. I didn't think a cobbler would be able to fix this particular issue as it involved removing the entirety of the inside of the boot and replacing it including a lot of glue and stitching, etc. I thought it would cost as much as the boots to have this major surgery performed on them. Huckberry also didn't think that solution was fair and shipped a new pair out to me. Thanks Tori for handling this issue for me.
Long story short, I ordered the wrong item and now I won't be getting my money back short of small claims court. Their customer service department told me too late we got your money basically and then told me to go have a drink. I'm sober.
This company is revolting. Please don't give them your payment information. They need to be closed down.
I have been trying to order a particular watch for two weeks. Website will not allow it and no one has reached out to help. All they would have to do is call me back and help place one simple order. But no!
I purchased a light weight Jacket. The purchase was made off season which meant it wouldn't be worn right away. When weather permitted, I pulled the jacket out of the closet to discover the jacket had been previously worn ( a returned item). The jacket had a ring around the collar, stains and streaks of of dirt throughput. The jacket was "Filthy". Huckberry Rep. ( Mike) was contacted and photos were sent to the support team as requested. I was told that the jacket had a wax finish and appeared as it should. I think I can tell the difference between a wax finish and DIRT! I am Very, Very Disappointed in Huckberry. MY ADVICE TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS IS BEWARE.
I contacted customer service by phone after 8 days and no movement on my order. They assured me that they were working on it and it would be sent within the timeframe that they promised(which was a very large window!). Later in the day I got an email stating that my order would ship within a day and that they were sending it overnight at no cost to me. I received the products in fine order and well packed. I still believe 8 days to move products out the door, two other private companies I ordered from had product out the door in 24h, is too long these days, but maybe Amazon spoils us all. Huckberry's Customer service was good and I will give them another chance, if I can remember to order soon enough to encompass their long processing times.
I understand in a time of a pandemic shipping logistics are a nightmare, but Huckberry can't even get it out the door. 7 days past ordering and my items still haven't shipped! Can't wait to see how long it will take to get once it does ship! I recommend allowing at least 3 weeks for processing and shipping. Who needs that? Everything they sell can be bought on other sites. No wonder Amazon does such a big business.
I bought a watch from this site that was a limited edition run. The purchase went through and I was excited for my new watch. A week later I get an email that they really didn't have the watch in stock and I should get my money back in a couple of weeks. This place is a joke with terrible customer service.
Got my item after 3 weeks 6-8 trips to the post office and hours worth of phone calls. They failed to correctly add my address from my PayPal account. They did nothing to assist. Offered a $10 gift card, ha. Stay away for your own sanity and go somewhere reputable.
Had emailed asking about loose threads on my Outdoor Slipper Boots ( high-top wool felt sippers). Huckberry sent me a new pair, completely beyond my expectations. Made a donation in Thea ou today new pair to my local food bank in honor of their comment to their customers!
Unfortunately did not read any reviews before ordering, ordered almost a month ago and my order was marked as shipped except the tracking info only shows a label was printed, tried contacting customer support and they turned off their phones and have not answered any support emails.
This company's "customer service" department does not answer their phone. Their outgoing message says they are currently "communicating by email," but they don't answer emails either. I received a defective item from Huckberry — priced at $395 plus tax — and I have not been able to speak with anyone about it. They accept returns at no charge, however in the middle of a pandemic surge (and local lockdown) I am not feeling good about having to go into a store to take care of this. It's their mistake, not mine. I won't be buying from Huckberry again.
I got this nice dark duffle bag from them for camping and hiking and picnics. Works well and seems durable even after using it a lot. It was a bit pricey but if it lasts a few more years of heavy use I'd say it's worth it. I'll try them again.
Got their waffles towels after reading amazing reviews in the New York Times.
They were not that great honestly. Very thin and still were wet the next day. They have a policy that you can try them for 60 days, no risk. However, when I tried to return them they said I have to pay for return shipping. That is very misleading.
For $100 towels - Yes $100 I expect more. I guess I am the sucker for spending $100 on towels!
Randall emailed me to say he "couldn't verify my details" and asked me to call my bank for some 4 digit code. I offered to verify the CC I used and a photo ID, he just emailed back saying that because they couldn't verify my details they were cancelling my order and refunding me. This is a scam company. I'm having my bank do a charge back and investigating them for fraud.
At the end of February I made an order consisting of 3 items. Weeks later, 2 of the items arrived. Like many multi-item online orders, I assumed that only part of the order had shipped. After waiting and waiting, I reached out to the company and they replied that there was no recourse and that I had waited too long to report the missing items. I will never shop with them again and I urge you to shop with extreme caution if you dare.
Opened the package to find cat hair, napkins from a national restaurant chain and a few shopping lists!

I bought two shirts and a waxed cotton jacket from Huckberry. They are stylish and have nice advertising to make them look good online, but the quality is terrible. One of the shirts had a loose seam that turned into a hole on the first wash. The other shirt was horribly unevenly stitched so the seams become puckered. The jacket has loose threads, and thin cheap material. The so called flannel lining is just thin polyester, not flannel. It's all just cheap junk like discount fashion quality but at high prices.
