Ordered an item for the first time with HSN. Got a confirmation number and a delivery date scheduled. Five days later I get an email that my order had been cancelled... out of stock! Terrible business. How can you confirm an order and give a delivery date on an item you don't have. Will never order from them again! Sorry excuse for a business.
I bought a RC Tablet on the 13th. Shipped from CA on 16th. Arrived in AZ on 17th, I live in AZ. I should have had the product by the 20th. Instead it was shipped to TX. Chad at customer service said I would have to call UPS and ask them what was going on. As a customer I feel them should have taken care of the problem. This has happen to me before. This will be the last time.
In December 2019, I purchased a set of Curtis Stone pans and a universal Curtis Stone lid. I assumed I was buying the best. Today April 5,2020 less than 4 months after purchase, the handle came loose from the lid. I contacted HSN and was told they will not replace the lid. Absolute joke. I will never buy from HSN again...
Many years ago used payments and did enjoy that on sale items; decided to do so again as per medical and vitamin sales of quality. Applied for hsn card an instant approval. Went to finish a order n customer service number. Will not process/claims bal $58.00 due. Called repeated.? Really?! 1st time I have EVER heard of it. No notice online account either. Appalling. This is "their word against facts" & I am blocked from using their site even paying with my debit card. Hsn can forget about a recommendation or ANY future purchase from me or our 16 member extended family. Whom have blocked their channel(s) likewise.
I order a product@ $299 they canceled and new prices were $499 on same product. The said I'd get a Credit but when it was ALL said and done I FEEL I Paid more because of THEIR mistakes.

I signed up for a HSN card with a $40 off purchase. I order am item and the $40 off was taken off my purchase but I returned the item and when I called customer service and spoke with Matt he said since I returned the item the $40 was not available it was for a one time purchase. I don't have the item I returned or the $40 for a future purchase. It was not explained when signing up for the HSN card. I will cancel my card and never purchase anything else from HSN. RIP OFF! They should explain if you return your item and they don't have your item in stock in different color or size you don't get the $40 for future purchase back! I have been a great customer and they just lost me for $40! I spent a lot of money at HSN! Explain thos to future customers in the future!
This company is so irresponsible. And that is all I have to say. I order From this company and all I got was a bunch of harassment. I ordered a die cut machine they cancel my order, after I spoke to a representative and everything was OK and then when I went to re order to correct the information at the didn't have, when I went to shipment part, it was on higher and they cannot reverse it. It was not my fault and i felt i was punished by it.
In June 2018, I refused delivery of a product that had too many negative reviews. That return left a 0 balancevon my account. A month later received a bill for $35. The bank cancelled the late fees and removed the missed payment on my credit report. HSN had withheld $7.00 from the bank refund without my knowledge. There should not have been a shipping charge. In 9/19 the missed payment was again on my credit report. My credit score went from 800 to 712. The new bank removed eventually from my report. Recently, the missed payment is again on my credit report, losing 16 points again. I had received a letter from the bank confirming bank the removal from my report. With another letter from the same bank refusing to remove it. After removing it, the missed payment is back 9n my report. Mind you, the new bank could find no delinquencies for my account. Last month I paid off HSN to avoid any more problems. Boy was I wrong. Have no intention of purchasing anything from HSN any time soon. All this because HSN withheld $7.00 from the bank refund without my knowledge.

I ordered a PAC-MAN 3- in- 1 arcade system before thanksgiving to ensure my son would receive it by Christmas. However, it never arrived. When I checked the tracking # it always said in transit but when I called UPS they said that it was never given to UPS. HSN customer service was just as useless. Not only did they have no answers as to what happened, they no longer had any of those items so now my son will not get the Christmas gift we planned. I was offered nothing for my trouble and inconvenience other than a refund. Well maybe I can give that money to my son for Christmas and he can stare at it and imagine it's a PAC-MAN arcade game. I now have to do some last minute shopping and fight the holiday crowds that I thought I had avoided by ordering from HSN before thanksgiving. Well, lesson learned: don't trust HSN they don't care about customer service.
Why is there no charger for this price? My daughter & granddaughter live "off the grid" in Alaska, & I assumed for this price a charger would be included! What's wrong with this order? I am sick of being "ripped off" with on-line shopping!

Purchased in 2007 but did not realize would depreciate instead of appreciate Live on Social Security and needed to sell collection for Hospital Bill was advised by coin store where I tried to sell, that coins were only worth face value he mentioned a lot of people got duped Paid $192.49 in 2007 and now being offered $30.90 a loss of $130.00 So surprised at HAN still having them on air Collectors Alliance complete Scam would not here any part of it and said my problem gpt
I am disgusted with HSN. I placed an order online for a tablet and the protection plan it gave me the option to flex pay so I entered all my banking information and then it sent me an email about an hour later to say that it was cancelled with no reason provided. I called customer service and they stated that they could not tell what the reason was and that eligibility is different for each customer. STOP GIVING THE OPTION IF IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AS WELL.
I purchased an rca tablet. Shortly after purchase the tabler quit working. I wanted to send it back for another one. A woman from cs department told me they couldn't trade it because they ran out. A couple of days later they had the item for sale again. I called to see if I could trade the item. I was told it was more than 30 days. Why did I get 2 different stories? Last time I spend my money on their junk.
I went to the website today to order an item where the sale ends today. As I was checking out there was an error message and was told to contact customer service. When I called them they looked up my information and said that there was another account linked to my address that is in bad standing so they have blocked my address. Come to find out the the account that is causing the issue was from my mother who passed away two years ago. So since this account is attached to the address of the house I inherited I can not shop with HSN until they get this other account blocked which will take 7-10 business days. So in the mean time I can not get the item I wanted that was on sale. What difference does it make on an address when I am paying you the money up front. So I guess this company wants to lose business all together. I will never spend my money with them again. Total BS!
So I saw something on TV that I wanted and I went to the website to make a purchase, an error message popped up and just vaguely said to contact customer service, the customer service rep claimed that I didn't answer the security questions in a previous phone call but I was never asked the security questions. Then he said that they were unable to accept my email address and didn't say a reason why, then he wanted me to create another email address which I thought was shady. They pretty much refused service. Avoid this company Qurate Retail Group which also owns QVC.
I purchased a dash cam and later tried to write a review about it. It turned out that I cannot write a review because I checked out as a GUEST. Well I do have a HSN account which is created 1 year before this purchase, and I can see my order when I logged in to my account. When you try to write a review, you also need to log in to the HSN account. This is weird, you can see your order but just cannot write a review. First or all, no matter what if you purchased a product from an online store, you should have right to write review, that is common sense. HSN needs to get improvement about website flexibility. Compared to other merchandisers' website, it is unfriendly and very confusing.
I bough 3 pair of shoes. They didn't fit me so I returned them after a week HSN charge me $7.49 for each pair for return shipping.
I was making payments one month in advance, because my payment was made early they charged me a late fee and put a hold on available credit. 1st time this is happened being penalized for making my payments. Will not do business with them again.
We just purchased an RCA Pro Tablet from HSN May 2019. After receiving it and setting it up, we contacted our cellular provider to activate the HSN tablet on our cellular account. ATT told us to switch out the SIM card. Much to our dismay there was no SIM slot on the RCA. ATT advised us the tablet was WiFi only, which meant we were using a product that was only usable on unsecured WiFi since we have no dedicated WiFi service where we live which was NEVER mentioned by the HSN Huskers on their infomercial. HSN would not be able to sell their crap if they were honest. They hope most people that purchase their crap won't understand "unsecured" and use it at their peril.
You watch these CARNY folks on HSN infomercials and they go through the Switch & Bait process so fast you don't get to spend anytime on the important details.
They like to lull in into a sense of trust to follow the bouncing ball to order the product because we're telling you the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
We're STUCK with the additional add-on's we purchased with this HSN RCA Tablet.
Talked to an HSN Supervisor June 9,2019 at 9:45am. He defended HSN's Infomercial not having to tell the BUYER all the facts. He stuck to this position during our 30 minute conversation arguing that it was not HSN's responsibility to advise the prospective customer regarding the limited unsecured connectivity.
Buyer Beware should be their MOTO.
I placed my first order on a Friday and then I got an email saying that I needed to verify my information. Firstly, he assumed I was a female when I am male, 2nd he didn't ask any information of me at ALL! He asked for my phone number and said it wasn't on my account. I had called to place the rep put my area code wrong by one number, 3rd the guy had the worse attitude and was like "I find reason to believe you are not who you say you are because my sources show you as 90 years old" and then starts laughing! If you see your "sources," I'm in my late 20s! When I called the lady asked for my SS and DOB to see if I qualify for the credit card which was fine so that alone shows my DOB, age, sex, etc. The guy was beyond rude and was like "well I'm canceling your account and your account is goooonne! Ok?" I have never ever been spoken to the way he spoke to me. I then tell him how did he verify my information when he didn't even ask for anything, and he continued to to say "well, I don't believe you. Your orders canceled and I get the final say and I say no. So I have nothing more to say to you so have a good day." Then he hung up I me. I am beyond appalled by this! I'm glad I'm not doing service with them. I'm glad I'm getting my money back. Looking at the reviews, I would have probably got a defective 2nd hand pice of crap anyways. I requested a supervisor to call me so I'm going wait on that and I hope that guy gets fired! Not professional, rude, and awful company all together. Beware! I'm glad I didnt start with this company.
Answer: They tell u how long u hv to activate that phone! It's called 'pay attention'. I've been with them over 15 yrs. I do a lot of shopping online. Can't beat the returns or customer service. Watch ur items for 30 day price decrease. They refund the difference! I hv a blast getting $$ back.
