PRinters can be confounding. Especially when changing to a new one. He slowly walked me through removing the old drivers and putting on new drivers. A good 15 minutes and I was back to printing. Have been using him for a month now and hes patient and smart

Agent was patient and smart and friendly. Got every thing I needed
Said they would charge a dollar and it would be refunded. They never said they wouold charge 38 dollars and it would be a recurring charge. Paypal charged me 38.00 dollars
And would not refund my money. I worry they will do this to other people.
