Hostripples is a company that specializes in web hosting services. These services include dedicated hosting, shared hosting, and vpn hosting.
I have been using this company for shared hosting services for 5-6 years now. When I started using them they were an american based company with support in the United States. They has the best, 24/7, incredible team running their support services.
In the last year, I have had nothing but issues. The support is non existent and when they do answer they are quick to dismiss concerns and refuse to help address them.
3 years ago I recommended them to everyone I knew. I am here to tell you today, I no longer recommend this company's services. Look elsewhere.
I was with the same hosting company for around 5 years until one day i decided to set up a new website. For the first time i thought to myself let me have a look a around... and I'm very happy i did.
It took me a couple of minutes to sign up and i was rolling straight away.
I had a few websites with the other hosting company that i decided i wanted to move over as well.
I posted a support ticket with hostripples to get some help with the transfers to which i had a reply within minutes. They could not be anymore helpful. Took care of everything for me... and before i knew it i was up and running.
I will not be changing from hostripples hosting at any point. The Client area is modern and simple. My websites load super quick, & the customer service is the best i have ever received. For what you get the price is unbeatable as well. Couldn't be happier!
Didn't think a company with hosting plans at $1 a month would of been any good, iv been loads of hosting providers, each has there own level of service, but i thought hey why not lets give these a go.
Since joining these guys i have numerous issues surrounding my site, and each time the customer service has been outstanding. Its not a case of waiting hrs for a reply, more like minutes, which is amazing.
Even better is that they are based in the US, the servers are lightening fast and so is the customer service.
Outstanding.
If you are looking for cheap, reliable 24/7 support hosting company then look no further. Support tickets and Live chat are responded quickly and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have recommend Hostripples to my friends. We are using their VPS hosting and it is stable and fast, even with a magento installation. They say you get what you pay for, sometimes you get so much, much more!

hostripples.com is a bad hosting company. We have use just for one week and they didn´t refund our money. They promissed settings that was not enabled and even after we ask for, because the saler dpto said was enabled, they didn´t enable that setting about excuses that was not permited. Also I believe when a company is really good, why they just don´t have montly payments. So, that´s pretty sure is a catch scam company.

What Can I say about Hostripples! But definitely it has given me higher profit than others this year. I have reseller hosting services with Hostripples and enjoying them with out any problem also increased the customer satisfaction and sign up ratio. And I will be staying for life long until they have such awesome services.
Like others I was also not sure to sign up for hostripples services but still I had tried with one chance and they have proved me that they are best and always value to their clients by giving fantastic support.
