They offer affordable hosting plans for Linux VPS Server, and the customer support of HostingRaja is the best that I have experienced compared to other hosting providers. I got my cloud server from HostingRaja around 6 to 7 months ago and before this, I was using 2 more Cloud servers from different companies. The main reason to switch to HostingRaja was Support and service, I used to pay almost twice the amount but got no proper service and even the support team was too lazy used to call the next day after raising a ticket so my friend suggested HostingRaja, where it was more affordable and the migration was free so I switched immediately, after a couple of months there were few issues with the website so I raised a ticket and the support staff contacted me within 30 mins and solved my issue in no time.

Nowadays Hostingraja filled with Worst people. Tech team have lack of knowledge and if you ask them more than twice Misbehavior what you will receive. There is no proper channel you can reach to give feedback. If you buy guarantee you will stuck. Only choose them if you tolerate misbehavior and continue connection problem

They provide very bad service. I was looking for a good hosting company, and I came across hosting raja after reading good reviews on its website. I had a very good impression that this company provides good service, but I was wrong. When I wanted to buy their hosting they proactively called me and were ready to make adjustments.

I purchased their unlimited shared hosting plan, and now my three websites are gone from the server. According to them, there was malware, but I hadn't received any email. They have no backup of a particular date and just making me a fool.

The client area is also not working. I need to reset the password every time to check things.

Without any intimation, they can remove your emails. Recently I have found that emails between 2018 and mid-2020 don't exist.

They can reset passwords any time, and the good thing is that you can't reset the Cpanel password because it is not working and every time shows an error.

I request all of you to please do not buy their hosting. They will be proactive to make money from you. Please do not buy it. You will lose your business and customers.

After reading good reviews on its website, I had a very good impression that this company provides good service but I was wrong. When I wanted to buy their hosting. They were proactive and calling me as soon as I selected any WordPress plan. I bought their sliver WordPress plan. Since that day my website is always down and they always reply that as per our check, it is working properly. Then they asked me to upgrade my plan to platinum WordPress plan. I also did that but their service was the absolutely same. I have request to you all please do not buy their hosting. They will be proactive to take money. They will provide little cheaper hosting compared to other companies but in reality it will cost you a lot because your website will always be down and if you try to reach their customer support. They will lie and always reply you the absolutely same that it is working well. I am regretting to buy their hosting. Please do not buy it. You will lose your business and customers both. It will cost you super expensive.

The support team is inefficient to give the proper answer for my questions... Also these people have the worst hosting server. Which loads soo slow that even my 2 year toddler will start speaking by the time my website loads.

Very bad Support. I'll never recommend this provider to anybody. I have purchased a new VPS server, at the time of sales * (*******696) was live till 11 PM and after doing the fraud with me by RS. ******* he is doing the time-based job. The technical team has zero experience to resolve any issue. As per the team, my domain is bad or not configured right. My emails are not working for the last 3 days and the team has no solution just 3 words "we are working". Now I need my money back as nothing is working properly in my NEW VPS SERVER. They are not ready to reply on my WhatsApp. Every time when I got calls from the tech team (*******395) they give me a problem with my domain. As per the team my 4 years old domain has issues with Google so I need to submit a request to google after that my mail will start working. I have 8 domains those were working fine before migrate and suddenly Google rejected my all domain.
I NEED MY MONEY REFUND, DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE...

I've been hosting my two small business websites with HostingRaja for over three years now. During this time I've had very few issues from the hosting side. Pages have always been up and haven't had any complaints from my customers about the websites being slow.
