Recently again now I moved all my servers to Hosting Raja, because one my industry friend suggested that nowadays their support has improved a lot without OTP they are not even closing the ticket like that, initially I didn't believe my friend and I tried by moving one server and checked for two months my friend is true. First of all, they have very cheap products. These are matched by the same level of after sales support.
I have purchased two products from this company. For both, they promised a bunch of things when doing the sales call. But after that, I had to request them for every single thing by creating a ticket. It feels embarassing to ask them to do their job.
I had their kannada speaking executive yell at me. There are english speaking support staff but their level of communication and manners is not up to the mark.
I hope I never ever purchase anything from these people again. I have been scammed because they promised me something and delivered partially both times.
