I find it hard to navigate I had to pay like 3 different people to help me and they really didn't help at all.($1000's) I can't connect my word press. My sight has crashed more than once and people have to press like 3 different buttons just to buy something

The files and inodes on my site were growing uncontrollably. They grew so large that I could not log into After many calls and email exchanges, the involvement of a professional website developer, and ticket escallation, Hostgator finally fixed the problem of clearing cache files that were not accessable to me.
My site is now functioning normally and I was able to cancel the expensive hosting plan thast I purchased in a panic, whenm my site had grown so large.
Customer service do their best to help. I have to be patient, but it pays off.

I'm away from home and was at a Starbucks when I noticed my website was offline. I went to live chat and waited for a good 30 minutes before ever connecting with a rep. By the time I did connect, it was closing time at the restaurant and I had to leave before finishing my questions. Yes, the rep did get the site back online from the 500 internal error but all my 301 redirects were wiped off the server for some reason and I never found out why?

The Gator has got it going. Awesome pricing and quality service! I don't have much experience with their customer service in all of the years I have been using them. It's been a while since I last had to contact support. To me however that is a good thing. For me, the less times I have to call customer service for any product and not just web hosting services, is just a confirmation that I have a great product! Kudos HostGator!

Experience has been good. Costs have increased quite a bit since I started with domain.
I had a recurring problem with my IP address getting blocked for a while, but that seems to be resolved.
All went well in the migration process, except for some misunderstandings/conflicts. But all settled now.
My website had been disabled due to payment issues and they were able to backup everything and had it activated in no time.
