I was very impressed with the finished product! After giving my ideas of what I wanted to do, a site I was very happy with was developed. I only had to call twice for minor changes I wanted to make, and they were done quickly. A pleasant experience!
We had some serious problems this year so far, but no one at HostGator could solve it. It was A very serious situation, losing customers, and we are definitely not pleased.
Support has been excellent. I had an issue with a plugin that caused things to display incorrectly. They fixed that for me and helped me identify which plugin was causing the problem.
Terrible...the people I talked to were pleasant and patient...the following through for migration of site, terrible, had to call several times because it was partial done...don't trust hostgator

FR- La plateforme globale proposée par Hostgator est assez complète. Elle est largement suffisante pour mon site professionnel. Il y a eu deux ou trois expériences ayant nécessité l'aide du service support. Notamment pour le HTTPS et plus récemment pour accéder aux emails, suite à une mise a jour de votre fonctionnement en décembre 2023. Globalement a ce jour tout fonctionne et le service support a été efficace.
Parfois les messages promotionnel ne sont pas assez clair pour moi, et dans le doute je ne souscris pas.

Why the style.css file keep resetting itself every few hours. I have to check it, status and correhctm the css file dffew times a day. Tt is insane and not acceptable. Plebase kindly go ini/n fix this issue. I am so tired wit,h this carcass.
