So I am pointing my domain here, but I can't find any way to actually edit my website since I can't get to it by domain name. I'm sitting here completely frustrated that I can't reach anything that I can actually edit after installing Concrete this morning. I can't even tell if Concrete is correctly installed.

How do I get to anything I can actually edit while my users start popping in to look?

I have tried to cancel my subscription for years now and you have blocked me at every turn. I would not recommend HostGator to anyone. If you do not cancel my account I will advertise far and wide how terrible and how corrupt your company truly is...

Is was finally fed up and in flight from my long-time host, HostMonster; and deluded myself that you'd be better. So far, you're not.

I wanted to create a blog where I could share my expertise and help create solutions to problems that people are experiencing or may experience in the future. Also, I was referred to HostGator by a friend who swears by their services, stating that it was the best hosting service for blogging.

How do i set up my website? It takes me in circles, it did not recognize my email; sent numerous request to change password, did not receive a password reset; then did recognize my email when I used a previous email sent from host gator; tutorials were not helpful

Low cost compared to other hosts, but my site was spending more time down than up, I'm hoping now that I've upgraded that will improve.

Some of my emails are marked spam or disappear from my client's inboxes. I have tried to solve this multiple times over years and nothing ever changes. I find it to be pretty poor service to sell someone email and have the product never entirely work.

So far performance is very slow, pages are taking way longer to load than previous providers.

I researched hosting that would not censor my site. To my pleasant surprise, you came up as one of the best in that category and others. I had used you for a failed venture years ago.
