No he tenido problemas con hostgator, algunos por menores si, pero los he podido resolver fácilmente

Cassie A., Customer Service Manager has been very helpful & thorough. I believe that some of the issues have been resolved (with Cassie's help). At least 1 issue is going to take longer to resolve. These issues have started over a year again and then i made several calls to the support number and was told the issues were resolved when they indeed were not. I find it difficult to communicate when support persons keep telling me OK, OK, and tell me that the issues are resolved before that is correct. A lot of wasted time & hours on the phone.

Hostgator has shown that they the best in the world in term of Web hosting. The experience has been wonderful

Easy to set up and find tips to keep the site running. The only issue I had was with sitelock which is a 3rd part service that no one seems to be able to find a way around it but no problem with HostGator at any point and prices are very good too.

Hostgator unable to solve problem. Did it myself by updating all plug-ins!

Once I got past the confusion of which platform to use to build my site - eventually chosing Weebly as far better meeting my needs, and a few few other inevitable startup blunders - everything has been smooth as could be.

My site has been live on HostGator for 10+ years. The process was easy and initial costs were low. However, the annual costs are increasing to where HG is not as attractive for my small business as it originally was.

This is good so far. Customer support is little lackadaisical.

Your servers went down taking all my websites offline for several hours. I had no indication that the issue was on your end until I submitted a ticket. I would expect that when there is an issue such as this that you would communicate it to me rather than me having to seek you out after I discovered the problem. At the very least a portal that provides service status that I can check at any time would have been helpful.
