Do not use #HostGator they stole your money with your PAYPAL ac without message! MY ac renew date is 26th May and they charge 21st May with No reason! I talk to customer support and they said NO REFUND available!
Terrible, they are scammers and bullies, infecting their own customers with Malware to upsell their own security package, shameful!

I saw a youtube channel on using hostgator to have multiple websites and the ease of moving domains over to a babyplan

Extremely slow server! I've had to call tech support to see why my site which is very basic, so slow. I am a web developer and designer and I know how to optimize my site and images and I can tell you that it was NOT my website that was making the site run slow. Eventually the tech made some changes and cleared the cache and finally the website was back to normal. Sadly, this was not the first time either. So yes, if I am paying for a service, I expect it to to work correctly 100% of the time.
We were billed around 120 bucks for what they called "PREBILLING for next year"
We didnt use the servic eand didnt want it.
There was absolutely no communication that we would be charged.
We called in and tried to get it credited, they said they would credit it back by the time they did the account was closed, and now it cant be refunded
What a joke. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT use this service they just keep billing you without your consent.
