Hostgators performance has been deteriorating over the years. I probably won't renew when my term is up. Asking me how my experience for this session is when i haven't done anything yet other than log in is pretty ridiculous.

Hello,
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the migration service provided by HostGator.
Upon purchasing your migration package, my understanding was that the process would be completed within a timeframe of 24 to 72 hours. Regrettably, it has now exceeded this period, and I am yet to see the desired results.
It was not communicated that if the migration extended over the weekend, the process would resume only on the following Monday. The initiation of the migration on a Wednesday (31st) and the delayed response until the next day was within reason. However, due to some misunderstandings about the task requirements, significant progress was not made until late Friday. Consequently, no work could be carried out over the weekend, which was unexpected and disappointing.
My dissatisfaction stems not only from the delay but also from the lack of clear communication regarding this issue. I was under the impression that there might be a possibility of resolving this over the weekend, yet no such option was offered. As a result, I find myself in a position where I must wait until Monday morning, potentially causing further delays.
This situation has put me in a difficult position with my customers, who are awaiting the migration of the website for their needs. The delay has extended to at least five days, affecting my ability to deliver products in a timely manner.
I urge you to prioritize the completion of this migration first thing on Monday morning. Additionally, I would appreciate being kept informed with a status update upon completion.

Invited by a friend but i will move away if a find another option
Prices increased more the 100% + the features of the old product decrease. We are forced to accept the new changes if we want keep our product. No longer unlimited domain in baby plan. Now we should pay for privacy which already was included with ssl and more
Domain name not renewed as agreed and has called all sorts of problems with our email system. Clearly the company his having major internal problems.
Its the better option if you are starting in the web construction
