I was extremely happy with the graduation package. It was easy to order and the response to my order was exceptional. Overall I cannot wait to graduate while wearing my honor society stole and cord.
I was slightly skeptical initially because I received the invitation randomly, without anyone telling me I was being referred or nominated for anything. I had never heard of Honor Society before that. I read the reviews, and there were some negative reviews, including one stating that someone never received their order, and another stating that they didn't know the dues were not a one-time fee. I decided to trust Honor Society, and allow them a chance to make their own impression on me. I received purchased items, although on a schedule that differed from quoted dates at ordering. The scheduling did not affect any plans I had to use the items, so I did not deduct from the rating. (They received a higher rating, because I was proactive, but their shipping was lacking.) The items were of acceptable quality, without obvious defects, although the certificate was missing the hyphen from my last name "Alexander-Jasmin", making it seem like my last name is "Jasmin"; I disapprove of that. Also, the T-Shirt I initially received [I ordered two (2), but I have not opened the most recent package I received... it may be in there] did not have any individual packaging or tags, and there was a slight odor. I am not sure if the odor is related to processing or not. It washed well; the lettering and colors did not fray or fade... I also did not notice any shrinking. The lack of individual packaging is not a deal breaker, as it might be an environmental choice, but I have trust issues about shopping related to other experiences unrelated to Honor Society, making that stand out to me, and I don't recall reading that there would not be individual packaging. (This made me want to deduct from the rating as well, but I am kind and considerate...) The water bottle, key chain and pin are all quality items, with exceptional appearance. I previously decided that I was not a cap person, because I don't like the way they look on my head, however, the cap is the first cap that I have worn that I noticed myself noticing that it did not look strange on my head. I would like the option to purchase the medallion on a chain rather than a ribbon, or have it have been constructed to easily substitute the ribbon with a chain... so I can don the chain and show off my affiliation outside of the graduation setting. I have used the drawstring bag, and it held my items well. The cords, stole and license plates have yet to be used, but I don't anticipate any problems. I hope my generosity is not misleading, and that the details serve as a good guide for prospective members and shoppers alike.
