I ordered a coffee mug, a drawstring bag and a certificate. The drawstring bag and certificate were in impeccable shape and quality. The coffee mug not so much, after about 2 weeks the paint began to peel and the label completely faded off. Still a great mug, just a little weary of using it with peeling paint.

This is the second time that the honor Society has taken money out of my account without my permission. Then the representative I'm talking to is yelling at me and talking to me like I'm incompetent. At first he verified that you guys did take money out of my account this month and then he said you didn't. When I asked him his name, he hung up on me. Then I called back and he hung up on me again. He better be lucky. We're not in person I'd smacked the hell out of him. This is a scam
