As an agent, the apple watch extension is fantastic. About the only app I use on the watch. While Driving by a home for sale, that I think I may have a buyer for, it gives quick and easy access via glances instead of fumbling with my phone and driving.
The app is fantastic. Better than Redfin/zillow/trulia.
Super grateful that they got rid of the old school rating system and went with GreatSchools.org which is the standard around my area.
Other than that, great interface for clients. They love it. And I love that I can see commission splits, disclosures, and showing instructions.
And a big plus for clients is the commute times, though it's almost always overestimating.
Amazing app with a lot of great features. Easy to communicate with clients directly on the app. For agents, the pro features are a must have.
I invite clients to use Homesnap and they always tell me how much they love it. It's so handy to look up whatever I send them, wherever they are, and vice versa. We have a new MLS and I don't have access except on my computer so this has been a lifesaver for checking out homes, looking at property lines and making appointments on the go.
Just put this on my phone and have used it 20 times and gave me good quick info to talk to home owners about their house.
More info then they thought I might have not being a Realitor.

Homesnap is kept up to date constantly so that you don't miss any opportunities when buying or selling your home. My clients love this app and can send me homes they like and receive ones I send them! You can even take a picture of a house with the app and it will tell you about it! How amazing! I always rely on this app as an active realtor but I'd rely on it if I were just looking at the market as well! User friendly score 5/5.

Absolutely love this app I just started using. It's super easy, I can see all the homes not just listed for sale. I can see all school information and what I love best is in real time walking the property line! This is going to help my clients so much I can't wait to start sending it out to them!

I find the App to be a great tool for me when I'm on the move. I'm a realtor and I use it to find and share homes of interest. The handy tools built in are extremely helpful. Especially when someone is trying to communicate to me a home they saw but can't remember an address. The snap tool makes all the difference they can take a photo get the information on the home and forward it on to me. The searching and filtering is also excellent, and in the current version I can set an area by commute distance from addresses I set. I can identify schools and their districts and where homes are located according to school districts. With filters I can identify the type of home I am searching for, number of bedrooms, and price. Most of all the information is accurate and always up to date with actual MLS that Realtors® use. So no calling on a listing that may or may not be available. The list goes on and I'm still learning all it can do but I love it.
Awesome. Just tonight my wife and I were walking in Carmel and walked by a beautiful house that was for sale. We took a picture and it came right up. We looked over the listing and my wife was amazed at the ease of getting that information and all the pictures. I'm the managing Broker of a Century 21 office and I can tell you there isn't a better app to look at houses in your immediate area.
I love this app and I am utilizing it with my clients. It's extremely easy to use and it's making my job easier as a technology focused realtor!

I love this app! I can't imagine trying to do my job in the field without it. It provides all the information I'm looking for at the finger-click on the screen. It's like an electronic leather man tool - the essential tool in real restate.
Finally an app that is comprehensive ,accurate , and works well with my business, especially when I'm on the go, I can use with my iPhone , very comparable to desktop version of my MLS, plus added perks, great job!
This app is the key to client/realtor relations on home searches. I love the ease on looking up a home quickly and having all the info at my fingertips. The messaging through the app is helpful when discussing a particular home. When my client favorites a home I get to see it. I look forward to seeing the improvements this app makes as it grows.
I absolutely love this app! I don't have to send the automated emails to my clients anymore. This gives them ownership of what they want to see. It's a faster way of communicating and we send the properties to each other to see homes. If I have a question for the listing agent I can type it in and get a faster response!
