This is the coolest app ever! I've been house hunting and this app gives the most up to date information on houses. Also you can snap a pic of a house and it can tell you what you need to know.
I am a Realtor, if I ever have a buyer ask me about property lines, this is my go to. I found myself today driving around with some investors, they wanted to know prices on homes for sale, I took a picture of the home and Boom! There was the price and info about the house. Thumbs up on this one.
This app makes it easy to pull MLS data on homes and map directions to properties without having to pull out my laptop while I'm on the road driving. I also like the agent search info where I can find contact info and sales history for agents I am co-brokering deals with (or considering working with) and see their experience level and geographic area of concentration. The app also lets me download those contacts direct to my phone address book! Easy! Fast! Clean!
As an agent in the business I absolutely love this app. Awesome features and ties all the best things about other apps into one.
I had been looking for a home for three months. I changed agents. My new agent offered this app and we found a home within two weeks.
Without this app I would not have a home I love!
I used the app as I was going around town. I'm not sure what's going on in the logic, but the app showed me homes from the area I thought I wanted to buy but also neighborhoods close to my office and other places I must visit frequently.
My agent and I were able to communicate quickly and effectively within the app messaging function. Messages are not lost within my email or text apps.
I highly recommend this app.

Updating from original review below...now that I have the hang of it, this app is AWESOME. It updates faster (every 15 minutes) than any other app and has been way ahead of Zillow by at least a day on average. I also love the camera feature (take a pic of ANY house and its' info appears...not only houses listed for sale).
I would like to capture more than 3 zip codes but, overall, the searches are super-easy because they auto-save.

It's frustrating that there is only a map search and you can't see the town/location unless you click on the picture. It takes more clicks to get 1 piece of information for 1 house when I can see multiple features for multiple houses at once on the Zillow or Realtor.com apps. I don't see how this app could get high scores. It takes longer to search & sort. Also, why can't I save more than 3 zip codes?
Could not believe how accurate this was when I checked it against actual sales.
Love this app! I use this app daily and often even go to it before picking up my laptop. I'm a Realtor and had a showing yesterday where I walked with my clients showing them the property lines of a property they were considering using Homesnap app. I later was able to quickly do a CMA that I sent to my clients and the quality of this looked as if I spent much more time than I actually did on CMA. My clients loved it. Highly recommend this app for Realtors and their clients.

Love being able to drive around neighborhoods and see pictures along with all the details of the house. Once you choose a house to look at, there are more homes near once you scroll down! Great and easy to use app.

HomeSnap is one of those apps that just seems to get it all right, with minimal effort. Want to see about a listed home that you are near?How about one that is not even on the market? What is the approximate value of that home? HomeSnap to the rescue! And for Realtors, there is a PRO version that goes even further! This is the app that the cool kids are all using!

What can I say? There are tons of Real Estate aps out there trying to make Life of a real estate agent easier.
However ever since I tried Homesnap- I can not find anything close to what Homesnap has to offer:
1)accurate data direct from MLS
2)a must have When on the Go!
3)invite your clints and let them snap the houses ( branded under ur name)and make ur day easier.
4) on the Go? - just take a pic and the entire MLS property data is in the Palm of ur hand/ phone.
5)3 clicks away and u have Easy to use/ launch Facebook and IG marketing campaign..
So download it now and start snapping:)
I love the app, functionality and ads. It's very easy to use and is a great help when I am with clients. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!
