As with any automated valuation system such as zillow/trulia/tax assessments, Homesnap does it's best at providing an accurate value to properties using the information it gains from tax records and previous sales. This is not what I use it for though. I am a Realtor and I love the ease of information available that I need while I am out in the field. I appreciate that it provides showing info, sold price and property history - all with the push of the button. If I am on a tour and my buyer likes a home, I can easily see what other homes nearby have sold and even create a simple CMA to email them. And, I am able to customize the app with my brand and share a link with my clients to use as well. No complaints here!

This is a great app to have on your phone cause just with one picture I can get all the basic information that I need to get the right home for my clients and plus as a Realtor I always like to be informed on how the market is doing.
Best app out there. Looking for a house in the other sit of the country is not easy. This app has such great options for searching, saving your favorites, filtering what you are looking for and so much more. I have used multiple apps but this app run circles around the others.

This app is unique and truly a game changer! Brilliant UI and super simple to use. I've used it several times when visiting new areas. The design is intuitive and much more user friendly than other comps such as zillow... Keep it up, looking forward to more cities!

Fantastic tool to independently show buyers and sellers estimated house values. Really like the map/plat map feature at the bottom!
