Seems like a good company who can backup a promise.
Michael is excellent to work with and communicates very efficiently
Anthony was friendly, personable and well informed. He answered all my questions which allowed me to make a decision and sign up for three zip codes. If stats run as suggested, I look forward to a long and profitable business relationship with you!
David was fabulous! Look forward to working with him...
So far so good. I'm hoping this will allow me to help more families find a home!
Maureen is very helpful and spent a lot of time explaining all of my questions!
I used to like this company but I made the mistake of purchasing leads from them and paying for it for the entire years and I did not see, remember, or get notified that they would automatically renew my contract after that year for another year. (NO REAL LEADS RECEIVED) So I had no intention of doing this for another year. I contacted them a few days after I saw the debit to my account for another year of donation to them and I reached out and told them I did not want the service. They said I needed to send it in writing which I did that day. They then said that it had to be done 30 days prior to cancellation so I was out of luck with no refund. I have called several times and always promised a callback and never heard back from anyone until I heard back today with a with a we are sorry but too bad! They have my money not sending it back and have not sent a lead since then. NEVER NEVER AGAIN will I use Homes.com! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Bad leads, or fake leads so far. I'm praying for some results to begin in the next few months.
Your leads are cheap, but you get what you pay for. WHY DO YOU SEND MOBILE HOME INQUIRIES? I sell REAL ESTATE, not personal property. Please eliminate these. Other agents in my area have called me and complained about the HOMES.com leads, because of the mobile homes.
Answer: Like any lead generation campaign, you will get the leads as described in the contracts they provide, but a lead does not mean a sale. It is up to the you to close the sale on leads that come in.
