Home Cinema Centers sells items on their site that are no longer made, discontinued items. I paid almost $1000. For a dining set and extra chai rd s plus $119.00 shipping only to be told three days later that the item is discontinued. Evidently they don't keep track of their website and what is and isn't available. $#*!s.

So far the quality of everything purchased has been amazing! All orders have been received in great condition. Shipping has been fast.The carrier they used have been stellar.

Received damaged and defective recliner loveseat. Large gaping tear on right side, and left side recliner does not work, and can not open recline. Very rude when answer phone, once, other times they put you through to voicemail and never call you back Wanted me to pay return shipping fees that cost MORE than purchase price Outrageous and part of their scam to get rid of damaged and defective furniture to consumers I am out $ 900 dollars, and a piece of junk that has to be thrown in the trash Reported them to BBB and waiting for response.

This company should have their business license pulled they will not replace damaged furniture that is shipped by their freight company they sell refurbished repaired furniture for new retail prices. When I contacted the owner he said I deal with thousands of people like you every day and hung up the phone on me this will be handled in civil court but don't put yourself through what I've been through.

We ordered our furniture in early December, before hand i called to make sure everything was in stock because we didn't want to have to wait. I understood it would take 5-8 weeks for delivery. After 5 weeks I called for an update and the informed me that pieces of my furniture where on back order. It has now been 3 1/2 months and we are STILL waiting on delivery. We have to call for updates and they still don't provide specifics, no apologies, it is absolutely ridiculous.

Right after I ordered the first item, Ihad a question for their Customer Service. Within an hour, I received a reply in my e-mail. The second item was a beautiful cabinet that is much nicer in person than it looks in the picture. They seem to have good quality merchandise at a great price and a variety of items you just don't see anywhere else. And I love that the shipping charge is free for many items!

I thought the customer service was amazing! Got on the phone with a rep immediately and she was super kind and helpful. I needed to buy a couch but I had three visa gift cards I wanted to use toward it. Couldn't figure out how to do it myself so the customer service rep walked me through the whole thing and put them in manually for me! SO nice and highly recommend their service. The sofa showed up in about a week and its very comfortable. Thank you!
I ordered my sectional through Home Cinema and read some negative reviews about delivery. I can honestly say I was surprised at how fast I received my sectional through Averitt express. There was no damage the delivery guy Brandon was the best and made sure that everything was intact. I don't know much about customer service at Home Cinema because I ordered online without speaking to them. I think they prefer online sales versus calling them but that's my opinion. I got exactly what I ordered in mint condition and a great price over other online competitors saved over $500 dollars. I would order again but probably with white glove delivery that 585lbs sectional was massive going up stairs.
