I received an emailed invoice and paid, but the vendor never received it, even though I received a confirmation email. There was no record of the payment on my home advisor app or web access to the account, although the job did show up, sometimes. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. I then downloaded the app and paid through that and it was received. However, then the "job" completely disappeared and can't be found anymore. Also, the "membership" fee feels like a scam. It auto renews and they say it can be turned off in the fine print when you sign up, but there is no away to access your account detail online so you have to call in. Then the lady says you have to cancel the whole membership to stop the auto renew. I canceled everything. Angies List is great, but this program is horrible. I will not use them or their payment app again.
Home advisor provided us with 3 names. 2 companies responded almost immediately. The other was later in the afternoon. By then the first 2 had already been at house to give us an estimate
This is the first time we used Tim's company. He arrived on time and was happy to answer any questions we had, with confidence. We will use him again. Reasonably priced.

They sent me a new one immediately. Mr. Wilson and Stillwater employees kept me informed of everything. Mr. Wilson was always here on time, worked hard and stayed till the job was completed to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with Mr. Wilson and Stillwater Contracting. Everytime i had a home situation Home Advisor has always come through for me. I brought this new home and it needed some TLC and so i tried home advisor and they always answered the call and been on point.
Had stopped up kitchen sink drain contacted HomeAdvisor within 10 minutes had 3 drain cleaner experts I chose All Clear Drain Cleaner and I am very pleased with both.
My toilet and connection were in want and it was easier to replace the the fixture. I was happy Home Advisor called back when I did an inquiry.

Remove 50'' from wall install on mobile stand
Install 70'' on wall had new mount. Tech said he was to install 70'' on stand said didn't bring drill I provided he said only 1 tv could be put on a stand he was here 10 min. Obviously wanted to no work told him get out text home advisor I exspect apology and no charge they did not offered me a credit towards next service I don't want people like that they are way over priced tech was willing to do about 15 min work for over $180. They want to charge $200 per hr. Or not interested. NEVER NEVER USE THEM
