I received my order in just a few days, which was fantastic, however when I opened the package the sink had a few cracks in it. I do not think it was any fault of Homary's. I think it got cracked between point A to B. I called their customer service line and spoke to Celine. I was blown away with her unneeded apologies and her wanting to make things right for me, the customer. She was customer first and professional. Celine has been in contact with me almost daily keeping me updated on the status of a replacement sink. Never have I been notified as much about an order as I have with Homary. If all representatives from Homary are like Celine, then Homary is doing things RIGHT! Thank you Homary and a big THANK YOU to Celine.
