Hi, I am new in town, on my first visit to the woodlands mall the best store I visited was Hollister and Abercrombie. The stores are a dream come true, and the particular smell of the Abercrombie store is incomparable and unique. The Hollister store has the best staff I ever met, they are really caring, polite, and nice. I just entered to the store they welcomed me and ask me about anything I needed. They are capable and very fast. They are glad to help you with returning, gift cards, coupons, or any other issue you could have. If they cannot help you they tell you to call Customer Service and here the attention is better and nicer. I am a very frequent customer so I have made friends with the staff. Hello. I've shopped online on Hollister a couple times before. The last time I've shopped online, they shipped 3 of the WRONG items to me. Not even just the wrong colour, but completely different shirts too! I had to return them at the actual stores and was only given store credit. So I emailed customer service and they offered me a 30% discount on my NEXT purchase. I decided to let it go. So yesterday there was a sale on the website. I remembered that I had a 30% discount offer. I emailed them just to make sure the offer was still valid after so long. They said to go ahead and place and order and then email them back to let them know the order had been placed. They would then refund me back 30% on my credit card. So I placed the order, paid and everything. Emailed them to let them know. They responded by saying that they cannot give 30% discount because the items were on sale. This was never ever mentioned to me before. We have exchanged emails more than enough time for them to mention it was only valid on regular priced items! Sneaky, irresponsible, bad customer service and experience. Never again.

Still waiting for an order after a month.

Customer service on email useless, always responds saying shipping team will look into it within 2-3 days but I get no response.

Calling them up equally useless as rep has no idea what has happened, blaming me for paying with paypal, so I am stuck with money lost and no item and no one is answering my demands to be refunded.

Awful service, stay away.

I don't shop here much, but once in awhile they have stuff i like. Signed up for emails and recd a b-day coupon for 25% off. Thought it was great because i like the "beach wash" denim that's out now. Well I tried to apply the coupon and got an error--it doesn't apply to jeans! Go figure, a store famous for jeans and i can't use my birthday coupon. So sad. On past orders, free shipping is extremely slow.

Hollister as a brand is great- the clothes are casual, stylish and also good quality, but the jeans are particularly great quality and are very comfortable.
The stores are amazing, inside they are surf themed (just like the brand itself).

Online the return policies are great after ordering 3 styles of jeans in 3 sizes each, which arrived very quickly it was no problem to return the sizes which didn't fit.

The prices are Ok, but a little expensive for a high street shop.
The sales at Hollister are really good, and worth looking out for as most of the products get reduced hugely.

I'm not a huge fan of Hollister mainly because I feel it's aimed for people who live near the beach or in California or don't mind a shirt that says the brand all over it. But I happened to be stuck looking for jeans because I have long legs and need extended sizes. Hollister has this! I found the perfect jeans in the perfect size AND length and they were on sale! Took the average amount of days to come in, I got the email letting me know it shipped and they were wrapped nicely. And they have promo codes on the internet/retail me not app. I AM IN LOVE.

I ended up ordering from them again for my husband some shirts and myself some bras. Again, I can almost never find anything in my size and I found some for myself AND a nice shirt for my husband. Granted three things was about to cost me $60. I used a promo code and it knocked off $10. I love that I can shop for both men and women and not just one. I may not LOVE the hollister logo on their t-shirts but their sizes for women like me definitely allow me to give Hollister a thumbs up.

Had to come write this review after I received excellent customer service from Hollister on multiple occasions! If you have any questions or concerns just send them an email or just call and they're more then happy to help! I ordered some clothes a few days ago and I noticed today that two items were cheaper now then when I bought them! I emailed them and asked if they did price adjustments and they just did it for me no questions asked. They are awesome! :)
