I placed an order on 8/25 and my apartment # wasn't put in my package. Fedex couldn't deliver because of this and I called Hollister and was told the shipment was on it's way back to the store. I canceled that order and placed another order. The next day fedex delivered my first order that I canceled. I was refunded for my first order and then recharged for it since it was delivered. The second order was delivered and I returned it in the mail the same day. I was e-mailed 2 e-gift cards instead of my $208 being put back on my debit card, which was how I paid. I have called, chatted, and e-mailed and was told I would get a response in 3 business days. This was on the 14th! I know you have a 30 day return policy to get your original for of payment back, but the merchandise was returned before 30 days and it was the stores mistake in the first place! Almost 2 months later, still no answers! Definitely not happy and won't be spending anymore money here!
I would like to give them a 0 star in fact. Instead of returning me money for a return I did in store, they charged me again and now they won't return me any of my money. I am $150 in loss now. I asked for help from their customer support and from in-store managers, but nobody can offer any help. The WORST company ever. DO NOT BUY!
Hollister is very overpriced, but they have good quality clothes. They've taken a long time to shop my clothes. But it is a very popular brand, and it's "base" is real far from where I live. I love hollister, but my dads wallet does not
I placed my order on May 29. I received an email 06/09 that my order was delivered. I checked my mail... NO package. Going back through emails there was another email I missed as well for about week prior saying another item was deliveref which I haven't received either. My items were apparently shipped on 3 shipments. My last package was to be delivered on 6/10 so I waited this day for my mailman to show up So i could see what was going on. Hurray my package is delivered. But only TWO items were included. Out of the 11 items order I get two and of those two they have SECURITY TAGS on them?! Are you kidding? I reached out to customer service yesterday which I was happy with because they were going to reship the missing items until I got an email today saying they cancelled my order. Apparently they refuse to reship or refund any missing items or money because I had a missing item last year. I have been shopping in store and online for years and have only had ONE issue ever. This would be my second complaint ever and I'm being treated like a problem child. I spent alot of money on this order to have a few items shipped that I can't even wear because some Dumbo left the security tags on them. Customer service has been no help referring me to online research team. Only communication through email. This is insane! One refund EVER ever in the past due to shipping and I'm being denied a reshipment or refund over something out of my control
Shocking and disgusting. Shops are closed but to return an item bought online either you use their prepaid label to a UK address and then they charge you £9 for this or you can return yourself and pay for postage but you have to return to an international address in the Netherlands. Daylight robbery- avoid shopping online with Hollister.
Sent somebody else's purchase and when I tried to call to get replacement, they told me that the hoodie and pants that I ordered were out of stock. I could only be issued a refund. Lost items and unable to replace them to me. The online rep was rude.
The clothing here is amazing! The jeans colors fade over time and the crop tops shrink over time as well. They have all sizes and always have a sale going on! Their bathing suits are little in size, but are comfortable and great quality for the price. The service in store is welcoming but is very crowed and it is hard to get a fitting room most of the times. When you walk in there is a huge amount of perfume that hits you, i often find myself sneezing from it. Overall the store is pretty good i would give it a solid 6.5/10
I purchased 4 pair of pants for work and within the first 3 washes they shrank. I didn't get them on sale I paid full price. I'm VERY disappointed in the quality.
Do not order from their website. They literally take years to ship anything out and I live in the same country as their warehouse. Disappointing because the quality of the clothes isn't even good
The people are just rude! They blatantly ignore you when you are standing at the till. I love the brand but everytime I go into the Glasgow store I am ignored. Watching the managers ignore you. I really do wonder sometimes how they train their employees. Just a week ago I watched two employees have a conversation behind the till while I was waiting to be served. I stood there for at least 5minutes waiting. I was almost tempted to dump whatever I was goimg to buy. The service in there is disgusting you wouldn't ignore people out of work nevermind your customers. The managers obviously aren't any better. What do you people actually do but stand around looking pretty. When you come out the fits theres no one to take the items you aren't paying for. Honestly I often wonder how Hollister is still a thing because the website is terrible and the store service is HORRIFYING!
Placed an order 3 weeks ago. 1 week later was told 1 of my items was ready to be picked up. Wasn't going to waste a trip and would wait for the second item to arrive. Never receiving a call, I contacted customer service who said it had already arrived at the store over a week ago. They were able to tell me what time it was scanned in and who signed for it. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Kylie the manager stated that neither of my items were there and since its been longer than 10 days, I would have to call customer service to refund my money. REALLY...
I call back to customer service who said they could refund my money and for my troubles give me free shipping on my next order. I DIDN'T GET MY FIRST ORDER, WHY WOULD I ORDER AGAIN
I ordered lots of things on July 1,2019 and 2 weeks have passed and it didn't arrive. Then I called the *******285 number, I asked when is the delivery. She said that it was returned to the parcel because of the wrong address, so I ask her the address it was sent to IT'S EXACT ADDRESS. I tell her that it's correct addresses can you send it back, I want my stuff. What she said is that NO. She said that she can't send it and I must get a refund. She also said that they don't have my stuff anymore and it's sold out. I asked her to track the package and she said she can't and that she is anointed of explaining it to me so just get the refund. When I heard that, I asked for her supervisor or a manager she refused and hang up on me. I have no problem with products that Hollister have but their online customer service is horrible.

There are sooo many different places to shop at and cheaper than Hollister.
I purchased quite a big order from Hollister on 12 April 2019 for around AUD 550, the expected delivery date was 30 April 2019. That was all the gifts for my family and myself. The order was split into 2 different boxes with different tracking number but under the same order. Everything went smoothly until it arrived in Australia on 24 April 2019. I know that usually the order from Hollister turned up really quickly, well before the expected delivery. On 26 April 2019, I found out the address printed on the two parcels were wrong and Australia Post could not deliver it and it ended up as a return to sender parcels. I contact customer service on 29 April 2019 and they just responded that i need to wait until after the 30 April 2019 so they cant help me any further. It was so disappointed the way they treat a customer query and they did not even want to help or solve the issue. So around 1st or 2nd May, I contacted customer service again so they could help me to issue a new label with the correct address for both parcels. I contacted Australia Post and advised that two parcels are still in a return office of Hollister in Australia. I worked in logistics before and I know how things run on an international shipping. I emailed Hollister to request a new label to be sent to their third party courier in Australia where the parcels are held for return. All they did was offering no help and just refund me the money. If I wanted the refund, I would not want to go through all the hassles to contact Australia Post as to where my parcels are even though that was clearly Hollister's job to look into a customer's order and delivery. I was extremely disappointed about the way Hollister operating and their customer service team. I always bought clothes from Hollister and this was such a disappointment and a massive turn down for me. I know I will not ever recommend my friends or family to shop at Hollister again after this issue which was so easy to fix and they dragged it out for a month and I ended up with nothing after all this waiting. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, my advise to future shoppers, do not waste your time with this store customer service as they won't do any further to help you.
I use both a urostomy. And colostomy pouches. I wrote to get samples of their one piece pouches as I use their two piece. They wrote to say they'd send samples out. Two weeks and no samples. Meanwhile Coloplast sent me their one piece samples which I love... maybe Hollister are good too, but because of poor customer service, I'll never know so Coloplast has my business...
I love Hollister and a lot of my clothes are from there. Some people hate it but trust me it's good as long as you aren't rude to the people who work there. They only have 16-18 year olds working there so obviously there's going to be some attitude but that goes for all stores. The stuff is good quality and the prices aren't terrible. The rewards program is very good and the sales are good sales like 50-75% off.
Never ever shop from Hollister people. They are a rip off. I ordered online and did a store pick up first time from this brand. Fairview mall store was quite far from my house so i drove all the way there and the store was extremely mis-managed. There was no store manager to talk to. I was told my order has been picked up even though i never recieved it. You would they would check ur ID before giving any package since its a big name "HOLLISTER". But doesn't look like they did when someone else picked up my package. All in all worst experience, stayed at the store for 2 hours, still cudn't get anything. Called online customer service, no answer. Emailed the customer service and got an answer 5 times that the order has been picked up. No follw-ups at all? I mean seriously guys, maybe they should spend more money on actually delivering the order than just mass producing all the similar styles.

Everytime I order my size it always is two or three sizes too small. They need to change their dimensions. I can't even get the pants over my thighs. It's ridiculous. I ordered two shirts. They both barely covered my chest. I went back to see if it was a crop top and it didn't say anything about it so either the description was wrong or they were made for kids.

Best customer service ever, I even had a rep help me out on two sites, Hollister and Abercrombie (they share same warehouse and I made two different orders on the same day) on two separate transactions... fast and knowledgable... like damn and wow. Very impressed. They have the best customer service, and their return is so so so easy with their already printed labels. No complaints. I think the girls name who was helping is name Phylicia
They cancelled an order where I used $280 gift card. After that, they disabled the gift card for unknown reason! It had been a MONTH and I am not refunded yet. I called them over 15 times. Every time I call the customer service, they ask me to email the research team. The research team is not really responsive and it looks to me that they are not doing any type of research. They do not know what is going on. The most terrible experience I ever had. My next step is to file a complaint against them.
I love the clothes at Hollister. They're pretty expensive though. Just like American Eagle. Great clothes but not exactly affordable
Answer: If you go to their website to they have a 5 star rating. However, in my opinion, that is because if you checked out as a guest, you can't login to the site to view your order much less leave a review. In my experience, there's a reason a company has bad reviews. This company is not a beginning mom & pop store, there's no reason they should be greedy and charge for returns. As for quality, the store is tailored around the teen/early 20's age group, who are still learning how to be savvy, informed consumers.
Answer: Legit i buy all the time from them. Especially their jeans. They have a great variety. Although, they have a big ego and it shows on most of their clothes. I personally don't like tops that have the shop name on them, but Hollister is a brand ig so yea. But i like their jeans.
Answer: Just a horrible customer service experience over the email, in the store. No refunds yet and kept getting the same reply over and over again.
