We paid for shuttle too and from airport as part of the holiday. Got dropped off ok but on way back shuttle didn't turn up. We ended up paying £110 taxi or we would of missed flight home. Couldn't get anyone one the phone and not replying when we ask for compensation. Disgusting service, stay well clear
Its been a massive worry since booking a holiday with them. They do not answer the phone nor emails. They get everything, including names, mixed up on the documents. What should be a pleasure to organise is a nightmare. You have been warned-give them a wide berth.
