Attempted to use site. Credit card immediately became compromised, had to cancel it due to charge in Singapore.
As soon as I placed my order I received a scam alert call from MasterCard. I ended up cancelling my credit card number. I also called customer service at the legitimate Hoka website and they are very aware of this scam site. I spent some time undoing what these fraudsters attempted to accomplish. Sad. Stay away from this scam site.
I ordered Hokas in April and still haven't received them. I have contacted them several times via email, the is no phone number to call. Do not buy from this site!
Paid for two pairs of shoes - received a fake Gucci wallet - total SCAM I thought I was ordering from a genuine Hoka store
Fraudulent site. Charge my credit card twice and instead of shoes, sent a pair of sunglasses. No response to my emails.
As Marcus C. Experienced I also ordered a pair of Hokas from the Hokaestore.com site. I immediately received an email confirming the order, which arrived about 2 weeks later in the form of a fake Gucci belt. Messages to their customer service went unanswered so I contacted my credit card company to report the scam. Great looking site and the prices were low but not too low to set off alarm bells. A well-done con. Though the belt is too small.
When I looked up Hoka Shoes their site was at the top of my search. Hokaoneone store. They had a the size I was looking for in two pairs of Hoka shoes. Once purchased I got an immediate response saying that the received my order and it would be shipped shortly. I received a tracking number which originated in China. After 5 days a small package arrived. Inside the package was a fake Gucci belt and a receipt for 4494 HKD. My cared was not billed that amount, just the amount for the shoes. No response back from them after emailing their customer service many times. I finally found one comment on the Internet from someone else that stated they had ordered shoes and got a dollar scarf. I suppose this site is new so there is not a lot about them yet
