Hoka One One Store

Literally the ONLY reason for the two stars is the support in the shoes.
I bought three pair ($480) of Hoka about seven months ago.
EVERY pair has completely disintegrated in the back heel to the point of the plastic being fully exposed and rubbing.
I do not wear them in wet conditions. I have never washed them. I don't have an abnormal stride.
Customer Service is LITERALLY non existent! They absolutely BEND OVER BACKWARDS to avoid their customers. If you try to go through chat, they redirect you until you give up. If you call, they don't answer. You CAN NOT email them!
I used to recommend Hoka. OMG! NEVER EVER again!

Should have read all the reviews here before buying.
If you dont have any problems i gues sits fine BUT if you have any problems with your shoes and need to contact the support your screwed.

For my example the inside of the shoe started to tear up after just 1,5 month, even with a size thats to big its really poor quality. I knew this problem ahead and went to a store (hoka certifited) to measure my feet and get the correct size. The store did not have the extra wide variant so i had to buy online.

I sent them pictures and explained everything and that it happed after just 1 month, ended up blaming me for using a to big size (even after measuring my feet) and had no sympathy for the fact that it happend after 1,5 month.

Never the hoka store and never hoka shoes again.
I been buying then for years now but hey if you cant handle your customer problems with more professionalism you are not worthy my money.

Please do not buy from this website. They have managed to make a legitimate looking website, even putting last season models on to justify the low prices, which is what fooled me. But after paying over $200 we realized it was a scam when no order confirmation came.

This is a scam website. Once you put in an order, they take $ and you don't get the product. Furthermore, Paypal isn't even helping with the claim because it isn't a "payment issue." These people will not respond with an ETA or even acknowledge the order exists. Buyer beware. These "discounts" don't exist because the products don't exist.

I bought the hoka Bondi 7, first time wearing caused my left arch so much pain and every time after that, no other shoe has ever hurt my feet like this, customer service did absolutely nothing to correct the problem leaving me with $200 shoes that are absolutely useless.

I ordered two pair of Hoka shoes on January 20th 2022. As of today, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHOES! I'm filing a report today! This I as uncalled for

Mt son gave me a $50 gift card. When I tried to use it to buy a new pair of sneakers their web site said they did't recognize it. Spent a couple HOURS both trying to call or text them as their recorded message suggested. The Chat system final sent me a message that someone would get back to me in 20 minutes. Of course nothing. THEN i get an email asking how the person I supposedly dealt with by Chat did! I never had any communication with this person. They are a bunch of thieves IMO. I'll never but anything from them again.

Ordred shoes and they send a tracking number. Nevet received anything and of corse pay pal closed in their favor because the tracking showed it was delivered.

This is a Chinese scam. They actually send tracking information for China Post and then USPS tracking that tells you it has been delivered. When I went to the post office, they declared it a scam. Packages were "delivered" to empty lots and non-existing addresses in my zip code

I was doing a search for Hoka sneakers and inadvertently wound up on their site I ordered three pair of sneakers that were advertised as closeouts and several weeks later when I asked where my shipment was they sent me tracking information. Instead of three pair of sneakers a tiny box arrived with a fake pair of the cheapest sunglasses I've ever seen. When I inquired they said that a third-party vendor screwed up and that The sneakers were all sold out despite the fact that I could go back on their site and put any one of the sneakers but they had available on the site in a cart. I brought this to their attention which they ignored and told me that they would refund 38% of my money which would cover the cost of the glasses that I did not order. I wrote back again and tell them that I wanted three pair of sneakers or a full refund. They wrote back and said that their final offer was 50% refund. This company is a total scam. They reinvent themselves over and over again with different addresses. Another nugget is that while the original purchase amount was 96.11 they charged my credit card 103.99

Tried to do a warranty return only to find out that I needed to send the shoes back at my expense for an evaluation. If they were found to be defective the warranty would be valid. If not they would be returned. In the mean time I'm without shoes. This after spending $$ for the shoes. How fair is that? Other brands do returns with no questions asked. They stand behind their product.

Stay away from pthreaty and onwstore! IF you get scammed by any company, report them to internet crimes division, ftc, bbb, district attorney offices.

July, 2020, I bought Bowflex weights from this company and never received them. What they do is sell fake items. They are thieves. I'm a nurse. The gym I was going to closed due to covid. I've emailed this company hundreds of times. There are no products to buy. They send you cheap face masks so that the shipping/tracking information appears real. It is not real. Do not buy anything from this company. Report them to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, San Diego District Attorney for Consumer Protection. They're supposedly based in California but the cheap masks are from China. Please do not buy from this company. They are thieves. I've attached one pic of email exchanges but I have tons more.

Also, they change their website name. Google pthreaty. World and it goes to onwstore. I reported them to internet crimes division too.

I bought two pairs of shoes for the price of one, (i didn't ask for the offer, their web page gave it to me), their shoe size equivalent chart is wrong, so when I received the two pairs, i returned them and asked for a bigger size, same model. I suppose they didn't want to recognize the offer, so they quickly refunded, by telling me lie after lie, first they told me they called, then an email, then that they did not have the shoes, and even telling me i asked for a refund in my return form. When i asked for a copy of it... they said that the refund was already made, so to buy another pair without the offer... good honest people
