Hobbylinc takes a ridiculously long time simply to place your order in the mail. If you order from them, be prepared for an unnecessarily long wait.

I am very happy that I found Hobbylinc on line they have had every item that I have looked for or needed for my hobby needs from paint, scenery, models/miniatures, and tools. If there are problems with an order such as damage that it may have gotten in the mail they have made things right for me. They have made it very easy to create outstanding sceneries and have them and my miniatures painted up in pro fashion. I would tell everyone to give them a try I dont think you will be sorry.

This is my first time ordering from this place. I ordered 5 days ago got confirmation number, itsays it don't exist, and everything on there web sight is gone it will show you home page and let you order BUTT DONT. DO ALL YOUR RESEARCH FIRST. After the order I can't access there sight it says INTERNAL WEB SITE ERROR. No nothing. So looks like it's scam not sure butt sure seems that way. I would not recommend go elsewhere..

I received my latest order on September 29th 2021. I have been shopping with them for 9 years now. As always everything was shipped as ordered. I feel that model hobby prices are born there and Raised down the street by the other guys! What I mean is that Hobbylinc's priices are the standard by which all the others are judged by. The selection of items is above what you may be used to. I have always been responded to when I have a question or concern. I like being able to post pictures of some of my built model cars after I finish with one. It gives me as sense of accomplishment and pride knowing that they care for the customer after the sale. They have a program where you can earn points toward discounts on your next order. No one else has your back like Hobbylinc.com. Thankyou Hobbylinc!

This site has probably the best prices around. 20-30% cheaper than Amazon across the board. The problem is the service. It's a family run business so don't expect your order any time soon. I ordered on 5/23. They anticipate the order will leave their promises on 5/28 which is 5 days (still long), but it actually didn't leave until June 1. I emailed them asking about my order through their website and got no response. Luckily my order didn't take long to arrive after it was shipped. Bottom line is if time is a factor don't order from here, if you don't care about when u get it then this is your best bag for your buck!

I purchased a USG Gypsum HO Jaeger the picture shows it on a HO car thats the impression it gives so i bought it. What a scam, a piece of wood with wrapping paper for over 20.00 dollars

I ordered a model stagecoach for $180.53 which was paid by credit card. They delivered it to THEIR OWN address but said it was delivered to me. After several messages sent to them, they have refused to answer. I have read 2 other complaints stating the same thing. This is the worst ripoff company I have ever dealt with

I got the 3 Axle Lowboy Trailer (Herpa Models # HRP5489) for $11.09. The build quality is good, it is made out of plastic with a wood painted deck. The wheels are hard plastic but with detail and the trailer comes with a metal kingpin. It has the appropriate warning markers along the side and neck, the rear is very detailed with lights marker take and mudflaps (molded into the body but colored.) most 1/87 trailers lack these details it is nice to see someone giving the smaller scale the details they deserve. Shipping was prompt and reasonable.
