H&M is one of the most popular stores in The U. S and am always satisfied with everything they bring in store and online their clothing are breath taking and fits perfectly for everyone I love H&M they never fail you.
H&M does have a great assortment of clothes. And the site is easy to look at. Too bad the delivery time is not always known. Sometimes you can wait for weeks till you recieve your products.

I buy all my childrens clothes from H & M. Last summer I had almost every single style of dress they sold for my girls! I love their kids clothes, although the cheapest items don't always wash up well but when you are getting 3 for 2 offers that are already pretty cheap you can't really grumble. I shop here when buying for my nephew too. The boys stuff is very cute.
I do find that when ordering online however, I can wait an awfully long time to receive my goods compared to other online shops I use which can be frustrating but with regards to value for money and clothing choice in general I love shopping here.
Some clothes are not shown on models, don't let you give reviews on the site, or have model info (height, etc) or provide enough item detail like how long/wide a shirt is. Otherwise I love the brand. Classy and young/fresh. Something for all styles/ages.

I first found H&M when attending college, and money was scarce beyond the expenses of school and what social events I could afford to attend. After shopping at stores like the GAP for years with my parents, I had grown accustomed to the clean fits of the clothes, but not to the high-end pricing. H&M offered an alternative to the costs of more conservative clothing stores as well as competitive quality. Be careful with your choices, however, as sometimes certain garments hold up better than others in repeated washing. But even with this slight drawback, H$M supplied me with the fashions I admired in college, and continues to do so now.

I love H&M! The clothes are very good quality and prices are low, what else would you wish?! This was my no. 1 place to shop while I was living in Europe. It's a shame that H&M doesn't have any shops in here NZ, I miss it so much!
I love h&m. But until recently had not used their online shopping. And i'm glad I didn't as I would have been put off! Have never known such a large company take sooooo long to ship clothes lol! I'm talking 2 weeks which i guess is understandable if they did not have warehouses in the uk! I had overlooked this and ordered on a second occasion but then the coat saga! I ordered a coat early Oct as it was getting cold, a lovely pink fluffy one and when I placed my order at no point was told it was "out of stock" until i saw on my invoice an estimated delivery date and it was just over a month after I placed my order. I have now received my coat which is far far to big and baggy for me but after the saga of getting it for me(my partner paid) I am keeping it as cant deal with any more time in the cold british winter cold! Lol H&M love your clothes you are great value for money but you online shopping is terrible lol absolutely terrible.
They charged me £3.90 for delivery and it took 9 days to arrive! Not on...

Gefiel mir leider gaaar nicht. Die Website ist schlechter als die echten Geschäfte und ihre Waren. Es geht um Schein statt Sein. Kundennutzen irgendwo im Keller, die Navi ist schlecht, von Übersichtlichkeit kann keine Rede sein. Leider ein $#*!es Buh, hoffentlich wird da im Hintergrund schon längst überarbeitet.
You can definitely find some good deals, but it's absurd that online purchases cannot be returned in stores. Instead you are charged $5.95 to send back items that may not even cost that much. Pointless. Moral of the story: avoid online purchases unless you are positive items will fit!
I recently made a purchase on the H&M website, order No. *******, this was my first order with them, since I love the style they sell… to make a long story short:
Strike 1. After placing my order, two days later I received an email saying that one of the items is out of stock and that I should call CS to receive another model, size, item… immediately called the CS department to receive a different item… (10-20 minutes from receiving the email) and they tell me it's impossible for them to exchange the item; that the order was already processed and what I could do is order another item online.
Strike 2. When I receive my order I noticed that an item was missing, No. 55-3394, it was part of a gift for my husband.
Strike 3. Lastly, I notice that I reactive kids shoes…. I don't have kids… I didn't order shoes.
Again, called CS and they tell me that once they receive the kids shoes, they will send me the belt…. So, this is my issue here: I life outside the U.S., sending the kids shoes I didn't order will cost me around $7 to $8, same price I paid for the belt… and shopping online is supposed to be one of those hustle free things you do in life, but H&M is not meeting that "hustle free" online shopping experience for me. I will like to add that the CS representative suck big time… none of the three were able to help me in any situation.
My recommendation, go to the store… DO NOT SHOP ONLINE At H&M!
Some of the items i buy online can be realy nice once i receive them, but others are like "what is this? It looks different online" I guess that is the downside of online shopping!
I usually wear a medium sized pencil skirt, but I ordered a large size. I Should have followed my measurments. But it was my fault for chosing the wrong size. I would buy from HM again.
