I bought tights for my daughter and I’m not satisfied with its quality. She wore it 3 times only and now it looks like she’s been wearing it a whole year. But it is fair to say that HM has reasonable prices.
I'd been waiting & anticipating the Balmain x H&M release for over a month. I'd planned to make my purchase via H&M phone customer service line. I'd well prepared for the online/phone frenzy the morning of the release.
After many attempted calls & getting busy signals to get threw I finally was put into the que to speak to a CS agent. After waiting 30 minutes to speak to an agent I had my desired item numbers ready to go for a quicker checkout process. After giving the agent my credit card information for a perfectly functioning credit card I was told it was declined. I told the agent there was nothing wrong with the card and to run it again jus for her to tell me it was still declined. I called my credit card company (Amex) while this H&M cs agent was on the phone & was told my Amex that they were approving all her attempts to process my order.
I used 5 more credit cards trying to make this very anticipated purchase & all were being declined although this was not possible.
I called back 4 times in a desperate attempt to buy my items & was giving terrible customer service by the very careless, unapologetic insensitive H&M customer service reps. I was told they didn't know why the transactions were being declined and they could not and would not do anything about my situation. Not to mention the first agent hung up in my face.
To add fuel to the fire I now have 14 pending transaction on my Amex card alone, totally thousands of dollars for merchandise I will never receive. But how could there be pending transaction on my credit cards when I was told they were being declined¿?
Needless to say, I've never experienced such a false technicality dealing with any merchant in the past. Nor such terrible customer service when this was a huge error on the part of H&M.
You would think such a big company would have proper credit card processors. I ended up with not one item from the collection. Jus thousands of dollars pending on my credit cards.
I tried buying online only to have my perfectly functioning card declined and to make it worst the money was removed from my account. I called them up and was transferred to a supervisor after the initial rep acted all clueless, only to have the supervisor shouting at me saying I'm going to have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I just don't get it how did they decline the card yet took the money what was the money taken for and they claimed your card is not debited until the items are being shipped. FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS!
Almost every time I get anything from H&M, it falls apart, frays, and pills. Clothes from cheaper places last longer. I'm over H&M.
Service is excellent, outstanding. I shop there frequently. The prices are incredible when there are sales.
I love their clothes but today i had to write a review because 2 of their employees tagged team on me saying that their 20% off sale is only for 3 or more items when one of them said its 2 or more. I had to wait in line for like 10 minutes or so cos they only had 1 cashier working and guess what they told me i cant avail 20% off on 2 items. It just ruined my day and sorry for my bad english. If youre gonna buy to h&m make sure to know how much their prices are actually are and if its on sale because half the time you shop you will find yourself confused just like me. From then on i just lost my appetite going to that certain store. Thank you H&m employees, i just hope you guys had a little love and care for your customers.
Trivial web site and a trivial men collection. Yes, you could find something to wear to chill out at home, but you cannot find something to wear to chill out outside, where people can see you.
I've never had a bad experience here. They're solid for customer service: ship reliably fast and get the merchandise correct. They made a mistake once and promptly corrected it. Can't ask for more than that! Their selection is seasonal and vast; prices can't be beat. Rock on H & M!
Isn't customer satisfaction mentioned in training for the staff at h&m. As everytime I shop at the Nottingham City centre store I am happy with items but soon as its time to pay the que is ridiculous only because the staff are to slow seriously most stores these days deal with customers quickly h&m don't at all

Inhumane, dirty, dangerous conditions where families and children work round the clock and live right at factories. It is ethically appalling. I can support this for a $10 pair of Jeans.
They say 3-5 days for shipping but that's not accurate. It took 8 days for my 1 item to get from Indiana to Illinois. I dread to think about individuals who live further than 3 hours away from the distribution center. I'm normally patient but please do not give estimated shipping date that are 3 days minimum off. And whats worse is they ship through USPS... so YES, you guessed it--you wont see ANY updates on where your package even is. DO better H&M... this is my FAVORITE store but the online shipping ordeal SUCKS.

I love H&M, I really do, but just don't order anything online! It took over 2 weeks for shipping, and when I returned 2 items, they not only charged me for return shipping, but I NEVER got the refund. It's been over a month since they said that they accepted my return, but I have yet to see the credit to my account. When I called customer service, they said that they "successfully refunded" the money back to my account and there's nothing that they can do. Um... what?! I'm never buying anything from them online again!
Extremely fast delivery, with lots of options as to where. Since I cannot be home waiting for a delivery, it was perfect for me. Quality of the items were also perfect, I wait always for the discounts they make to get high quality stuff more economically both for me and my husband.
I even had to exchange an item for a size problem, which I dread usually, went without a hitch as well. I'm very satisfied with everything.
Checkout process is highly flawed. They decline your perfectly working credit card. They state it is security on their end. But, no one knows how to fix it. Horrible business. They are basically rejecting their ability to make a profit. And, they act like they don't care. I personally think they should remove the website and keep it down until they can figure out how to run a website. Keeping this useless mess up will only deter customers from buying from them. If security is this big of an issue and there are so many good credit cards being declined, they need to let customers pay through a third party like PayPal.
I had tried to check out my order on H&M for many times. Also, I have checked whether I have written the card information correctly already, but it won't work nonetheless. But when I ask the customer service, they just said that there are some problems with my credit and debit card. Guess what?! My card worked in another stores. SO YOU THINK WHICH ONE HAVE PROBLEM HUH?
