The store features lots of casual clothing, it's not too expensive knowing the fabric is not the fanciest, but they don't hide this fact. They are offering products to make it affordable to anyone and the styles are well-rounded. Since they have standard clothing, I always find a shirt to buy there, sometimes it's just plain black shirt but it's still something. An old client of H&M, I don't recommend putting any huge brand-like expectations of clothing, it's just simple apparel. It's important to have a store like that where you know you can visit any time and buy what you need in an affordable price.
The managers and the higher officials treat the employees as very bad... They should remember that they are also employees to the company. They never accept the errors which they did. They are flipping that to the employees. Very bad company management... As well as garments are also not worthy.
I ordered a package 3 weeks ago, and it never arrived. I was told I had to wait 2 weeks to file a lost package claim, and it would take a week for someone to review it. After it's been reviewed, I have to wait another week to receive my refund. In other words, I have to wait 5 weeks to possibly get refunded for a package that never arrived.
Customer service and management are horrible! They don't give a squat about customers! I have been buying for few months now and they keep sending me different sizes and they said it's not their fault?!?! The time and gas I have wasted and they can't do anything about it?! I ordered something and next thing you know it was returned!? I didn't even return it or didn't even make it to my house. And sorry was the only thing they can say.
Most of the time people think it's the companies fault why packages don't make it overseas and that's the carriers fault. HM policies are pretty legit when it comes to these shipping issues, so I think that's why I continue to shop with them.
During the promotion of the Loyalty Program running by H&M I was promised a coupon/discount (20% off) if I would join the program. I joined, but didn't get any promised coupon/discount, there were no option to apply a discount in my Shopping Bag. I contacted the customer service and was confirmed that the promotion discount (20% off) was NOT applied to my order. I am not sure I'll have any business with h&m after such lie!

On Friday 6/7 approx. 11am I entered an h&m store in pearland town center, pearland, Texas. I am a women of age but every now n then I find something there. I proceeded to enter an empty dressing room where there was Visibly no one in there but me, the customer(a guest in this store) and a young man who worked there. I proceeded to go into the larger room when I was told that's for handicap n family's. I said okay but there is none else in here and abt 3 other customers shopping in the store. I said I'm a woman of age and would like to appreciate the space. He said" no you can't go in there it's not for you only handicap n family's". I was irritated by now n said fine I'll go out to my car in the 93* heat n get my handicap sticker. I came back he said ok I guess that will do. %}#%^^%#... because I didn't have a visible handicap he assumed I didn't hv one. WRONG. Mad, upset, hurt, disappointed and feeling discriminated. In my car on the phone. I filed a complaint once I left that store. How dare him. In tears, i spoke to a compassionate sounding supervisor who documented n sent me a confirmation email and someone would reAch out. It's been a week. They've got one more week. Then I reach out... civilly wrong, and civilly they will hear abt it. No one should shop there. This is for you n fb
I ordered three T-shirt's on a deal and when I tried it, it was too big for me so I went to the local store to exchange those T-shirt and the price for those T-shirt was increased and the manager told me we cannot do anything except the money return. In the past they didn't delivered my products. I am very disappointed with H&M.
I have a little possibility in order to mention my thought about rising of quality. All of you are great team! You create a fashion closes for girls which price is very loyal. But I think you should be attend more time to improvement in quality of fabrics. Thank's!
H&M Germany online shop does not offer any details about your purchased products. Moreover they charge you even for the products which are returned.

I would never order from them again. Ordered a gift card for a friend's bday and a week and a half later it still hasn't arrived even though the confirmation said it would be here in 3 to 5 business days. When I called to figure out where it was I waited on hold for 20 minutes just to be told the actual timeframe is much longer and they know that their email is incorrect. The excuse is that it takes time to ship it because it crosses several hands on the way. In the age of Amazon were you can get something in 24 hours I can't understand how it could take what will end up being over two weeks to receive a gift card in the mail. Never again. Just lost a customer.
Miromar Outlet In Estero Florida. After finding a couple of pieces of clothes that I was going to try on, walked over to the fitting room and they told me it was closed no announcements whatsoever the store was still open for another 10 minutes. I kindly put everything away in its place and walked over to the door and it was closed a worker told us to go to the other side when he could of easily opened the door and shut it behind us after watching us put the pieces of clothing away, extremely disappointed with the quality of service.
I love getting clothing here for my kids. They always have a sale and quality is good..

I ordered a dress. I got an Email stating it had been shipped on the 11th and two weeks later still no package called H&M. Told me i had to call back the following day to actually file as a missing package to get a refund. I stated i didn't want a refund, I just wanted them to resend the dress... Nope... Now it was out of stock. Never again ordering from them! AMAZON IS TWO DAYS!

Be mindful of the return charge on your return items. I wasn't aware and I received half of my money back on an item. I could have just kept it and sold it on another site. Next time I will know that the return label is $5.99 to use.
Bought a bunch of stuff online and spent more than I would have liked just to hit the free shipping limit. So when I go to return it what I didn't like or fit the way it thought it would, I find they don't return in store and charge $4.99 for returns. So basically they don't want to provide you with customer service and want to keep your money. For a company THIS big, they don't take Amex as form of payment and don't offer options for return without stealing your money.
So now I'm stuck with crap that don't fit and are awful quality because I made the mistake of not paying for shipping. Lesson learnt, won't be shopping there again.
