To let users fill in a CV and then ask them to pay is predatory. Hloom was not like this before. I am an long time user of Hloom templates since 2014 and I extremely disappointed. I will never choose Hloom again.

It says on your website that the resume tool is free so I spent an hour creating my resume and now I am being asked to pay for it -- this is wrong

Program is great, EXCEPT for the fact that my city name is misspelled in your database and it won't let me correct it. VERY frustrating! And if I were to use it as you have it spelled, I'd look ignorant to a prospective hiring manager—it would appear to them that I don't even know how to spell my own hometown. PLEASE fix this issue and let people override your spelling suggestions! Also, I'd love to be able to change the headings and font.
