Let me start by saying you must have a strong video card to make this work. I installed this on a machine that couldn't handle the load and it was useless. I tried a few things with customer service and it just wasn't going to work for a video enhancer. They gave me a new activation number to use on my sons gaming computer and his has been able to convert them at a faster rate. You need a good video card, you need to know it can't work miracles out of very old camcorder movies but it does good, and their customer service was outstanding helping me.

They answered my question quickly and to the point. I needed to try out more features so I could make a good choice whether to buy.

The service I received from the Customer service was excellent; I had a problem, and the solution was swift! A service for which I have no hesitation in stating was second to none. Not only did they deal with my situation of ordering the wrong product, My Fault I hasten to add; they at no extra cost and increased my time of use! Never ever buy any product from hitpaw they will scam you and not will refund.Hitpaw video enhancer not enhance videos its just increase little brightness i swear preview is clear but when you render video than nothing change.

Hitpaw customer support was able to quickly solve a rather complex issue with my outdated graphics card on my aging computer.

To be honest and Truthful, I have never seen such a real voice changer like this before in my life. It sounds very human and works very well with high quality voices, have try others voice changer but they're sounds robotic and not clear. As long as I'm concerned hitpaw voice changer is the best voice changer I have right now on my PC. Please go and try it for yourself, I bet you won't regret using it. I have been using software for quite sometime and has been found to be a very useful and effective one. It has got most of the functions for a video conversion and its functions are very user friendly. Their support staff are also very co-operative and friendly. I like this very much.

I have tried many services to clean up my old photos and I can say with confidence that hitpaw is the best.

System re-starts with no reason and fails 20-30% of times. Turns photos horizontally with no reason.

I had a few photos with watermarks and attempted to remove the watermarks with a sophisticated photo editing program. It was too much effort with mediocre results; maybe because I'm not an expert with the program. But then I found Hitpaw's Watermark Remover and it works. It is intuitive and it's easy to use. On some photos it took extra work but ultimately it did work well enough. I tried it for a month but will now extend my subscription.

Amazing software. I higly recommend to use for your video editing on watermark removal. So easy and very intuitive to use. Best software I ever used compared to others.

I've had this program for approx. 2 months and it is still not working. The company states the conversion speed will be exponentially greater than the competitors' conversion speed. The 3 songs the program finally decided to convert took approx. 5mins per song, and the songs were 3-4mins long. Hitpaw is responsive, but they stated they will work on a resolve but did not have an ETA for the resolution. I have attempted to use their program again, and I have received the same results. This is the SLOWEST program I've utilized for conversion.

Hi I am using photo editor. This is really good and very easy to use. First time i have seen that it convert the black and white pictures to color pictures and convert low resolution pictures to very high resolution pictures. Overall this is very good product and usew for life time

Software has amazing capability to enhance video quality of poor quality videos. I am using it for sure.
