Got the item. The button holes are too small. Apparently they are for certain shirts only. The return says you can't return it even if you wore it once. The return is the same price as the product so it's a loss either way.
Dealt with Melissa. She was awesome, my item was back ordered and she made sure to contact me when it was available. Again awesome customer service. Great company to deal with.

I, unfortunately, had ordered the XL Buckingham Vest, when, in fact the L would have been sufficient. I received the first on a Friday afternoon and immediately called to remedy the situation. The young lady to whom I spoke took my order for the L size (which I needed desperately for a church conference on the following Tuesday, and Monday being a Federal holiday!)
In short, I received the replacement on Tuesday, EVEN BEFORE I received the tracking number for it! My colleague so liked the XL that I gave it him as a gift, and all was right as rain!

The website product selection is a delight, and the single best choice currently available, for the educational experience for re-enactors who want to consider or verify decisions about styles at certain time periods, as well as for making purchases. With the photos of products (most reasonably priced, as well) it is an excellent adjunct to the general internet in determining trouser, shoe, and shirt styles in 1890. Great.

Reasonable delivery. If it is made in U.S.A., please say so in large print on the outside of the package. In that case, the duties are less when shipping to Canada due to the NAFTA.
