From a customer service standpoint, the company is wonderful. I had some minor questions and when I called I was greeted by a knowledgeable represented who was incredibly warm and friendly. She answered my questions completely, offering her recommendations based on her experience with other customers. I was in good hands. I placed my order (a complete ensemble) online on a Friday and it was on my doorstep on Monday morning! I don't expect this to be the norm, but it definitely was a pleasant surprise.
Thanks to the detailed descriptions and excellent customer service everything fit perfectly! I did have to hem the trousers, but I knew I'd have to, based on the product notes. The fabrics are sturdy, well-constructed and reasonably priced. I do a lot of cosplay and have spent small fortunes on costumes. My entire ensemble (jacket, vest, shirt, trousers, and tie) cost about the same as the hat I'll be wearing with it.

Once again a well made item. It does run true to size. The first two blouses I purchased were a bit more generous in the bust. I would have returned it but I am afraid the armhole might have been too large as in modern clothing. Period clothing is quite fitting in this area renders a more true look. I'm fussy. Just might have to lose a few pounds.
