Kept getting emails saying part of my order was not being fulfilled due to being discontinued by the manufacturer and I would be refunded for those items, but it never said which items. Could not track my order properly. After multiple shipping delays I still have not received my full order or any type of refund for the missing pieces. The shipping invoice lists the missing pieces as on back order but no communication to that fact has occurred and no refund has been made. Very disappointed
I received most of my order in a timely manner. One item is on back order and is scheduled to be sent out in about a month. I wish HisRoom's descriptions of all men's underwear and swimsuits would specify whether the pouch or front is doubled or single ply. This is really useful information.
We ordered slippers and they were delivered quickly. They're a very good product and the price was great.
I originally ordered 4 pairs of underwear. About $35 each. One pair (gregg homme boytoy jock) was paid for in the order. Got an email and part refund 24 hrs later. I had free shipping. I would have added a diffrent color if so. 7 days later decided to order another color and pay shipping. 24hs after the 2nd order got an email stating cancled and refunded. Online says it was in stock. So I used the website chat ti see if the other 2 colors where actually in stock even thought je website says they where. One pair of red was available. Finally got the pair some 2 weeks after my initial 130 dollar order for 4 pairs of underwear. Most likely will not order from his room again due to very bad online maintance. Don't know if what I order is actually in stock despite what the website says. Very frustrating.
Hello Eric - Your complaint with us is valid. When you placed your order, our system was not showing accurate inventory levels and also showing items that were no longer made. You ordered a quantity of an item that we did not have, and you twice ordered a discontinued item that was showing up as orderable. We have since corrected our inventory online to now be accurate. The Good—great selection of name brand merchandise at reasonable to great prices, easy order and quick delivery.
THE BAD—a horrendous return experience! Items didn't fit, it happens, requested return which was approved with UPS return label provided.
Mailed next day 12/27, delivered 1/6 (slowww) but nonetheless UPS receipt showed delivered to dock and signed for.
Despite that HisRoom claimed they never received the item and despite chats, emails and phone calls they would not relent, not provide my refund nor offer any way to resolve this.
Had to get PayPal involved in the dispute after two weeks of this nonsense before HR provided my refund.
This experience soured me on HR as a company since I followed their return procedures, used their carrier of choice and provided them with proof of delivery of the return.
It is doubtful whether I would shop with them again after this.
Hello James - We have looked into your claim. Our records show you filed a dispute 2 days after receipt of your order into our facility. Our return policy states we reserve the right to handle a return in 5 business days. I hope this answers your question.

I did not receive the order despite it was marked delivered. The customer service representative just said I need to check with the post office as it was confirmed the package is delivered and it was all "help". My question who confirmed it was left without any answer. I lost my money. I will never order from you again and will warn all my friend do not deal fit hisroom.com. It was the worst shopping experience I ever had
Hello Irina - Your order shows as delivered. We have communicated with you several times. The issue is with the delivery location which is on a busy street to a building with no mailbox. The package was therefore left at the front door of the business out in the open. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the security of the delivery location. NO one answers your questions when sending messages.
Merchandise takes WEEKS, YES! WEEKS to arrive (3 days shy of one month! ONE MONTH! And only two notices sent the first week after ordering thAt the product will be late.
This form will not let me change to dates of "service" but order was placed Thanksgiving weekend and arrived the day before NYE.
I want to order more but now the sale is over so I am screwed.
Hello Mark - You are Canadian. Your order was shipped out the same day you placed your order. Tracking shows your order arrived in 3 weeks. Unfortunately, we have no control over the Canadian carrier that delivered your items. However, the carrier did keep you informed of the shipping status. I hope this answers your question.

I've purchased other polo boxer shorts which had better fabric - maybe 2 ply, seemed thicker - and larger 2x size yours are lower rise in crotch

I ordered underwear for my husband because he really loved this underwear he purchased in Italy. I ordered 2 packs of three for almost
$50 a pack. I didn't care because it's a Christmas gift. A 3 pack of black said it was back ordered and would arrive the week of 1/6/2025. I email them on 1/13/2025 because I was expecting them the week before and just wanted to make sure I was still getting my underwear. Customer service for overs to tell me that "throughout my order" I was informed that the seller was going to ship it on 1/30. Don't try to ah-ha moment me when you're wrong, I don't appreciate it. Just give me an apology and a timeline. Now I won't be shopping here again.

Three products ordered, listed as in stock. Two months later, finally received 2 of 3 products, with refund for 3rd product due to lack of availability. Countless number of emails to enquire about status, tracking shipment, etc. On the positive side, the customer reps all seemed very nice and responded quickly each time I contacted them.

One of the items in my order was mangled within the shipping envelope upon arrival, and after opening the item, I discovered the printing on the waistband was fading. I requested to return the item, but was told I would need to pay the shipping even though the item arrived in unsatisfactory condition. When I submitted a complaint, customer service requested a photo. I sent a clear photo of the faded printing on the waistband, but since the item had been opened, I could not send a photo of the mangled condition in which it arrived. After receiving no response in nearly a week after sending the photo, customer service requested several additional photos in better light, although the original photo was clear and taken in bright lighting.
I felt customer service was giving me the runaround by their slow responses and repeated requests for unnecessary additional photos. It felt like their goal was to wear me down so that I would simply give up and drop the complaint.
If the product is on back order and misses the ship date, then send an update with a new ship date.
