The web site is very easy to get to and you have a lot of different colors to pick from and I wish that you had Mail catalogs because if you did i wouldn't love to have one and everytime i look your web site you have something that's keeps coming back for more

My order was partially delivered and the other items were out of stock. The delay has been extended and i would not purchase here again. Also you have send this feedback survey 12 times consecutively to my mailbox.
The sizing, leg length, of the boxer briefs was much shorter than the website described it. The web said the pairs I ordered had ~4" legs. Once received they are more like 2" legs. A huge difference in my book.
Hello David - We have confirmed our measurement is accurate based on the product laying flat. And, our photography is accurate in showing a longer inseam on our model. You ordered and XL. If you have large thighs, the length will be reduced when the leg opening is stretched to accommodate a larger thigh. I hope this answers your question.

Disappointed my cart is not shared between hisroom and herroom. Very separate sites. Furthermore, my order took quite awhile to arrive. Otherwise, the product was as described; did not return. Appreciated the sale, and for carrying big&tall undies.
Sent wrong item and I had to pay for shipping to send back. I won't be purchasing from here again

Received 1 100 cotton and one mixed cotton and polyester.
Im allergic to polyester.
The order took longer then expected.

Orders should not take 3 weeks to process and deliver. I ordered my last purchase on 10/7/24 and expected delivery is 10/30/24. Amazon probably would have been next day and free shipping. I have still not recieved shipping notification.
Hello Jeff - We are surprised by your claim. You placed your last order with us on September 27th on a Friday night. We shipped your order on Monday the 30th and your package arrived on Oct. 5th. You have no order with us being purchased on 10-7-24. I hope this answers your question.

Great company reaction to my order (s) and I love the products!
Finding sweat pants with a button fly is hard do, but these were perfect!
I have had multiple recent purchase experiences this year where the product is supposedly in stock but when they go to process order they are out of stock and I end up waiting weeks for them to send.
Before ordering, I thought that hisroom.com had a warehouse in Europe or something similar, but what happened was that a simple delivery has turned into an almost a month long affair, as I'm yet to recieve my package, although I believe it should be here in the next couple days.
