Easy to navigate site. Very good product. The material and workmanship are very good.
Delivery was a little slow, but I was not in a hurry for this item.
Hem was missing from front of shirt. I emailed, had to send a picture, had to email again. Took several days to get a response. Now they have to wait until the damaged shirt is received to send out a replacement.
I am still waiting on part of my order. Didn't expect to have to wait this long for it to be completed and wonder if it is ever going to be received. Will not be ordering again.

Everything from the purchase to delivery went well and without an issue. The purchase fits but, I wished the pouch was bigger.

They had a discontinued item I was looking for. I was excited and ordered it. It worked perfectly. The tracking information was accurate. The item was brand new. Shipping was reasonable since I didn't spend enough for free shipping. I would certainly check here again if there's something I'm looking for.

This is the first pair of pajamas that my husband actually wears. They are comfortable and the colors are exactly what he likes to wear. No over the top emblems or colors. He liked them so much that he asked me to buy him two extra pairs of pajamas.
Very good shopping site. Deal with integrity. I hope there are more offers from PATAGONIA, which I like. Will come again to buy.
Ordered and then it took ages to get the stuff because of shipping delays outside of HisRoom control.
Still waiting on the correct size socks to show up.
