My order was significantly delayed. But, I guess it is understandable due to the manufacturing and shipping issues caused by the COVID crisis.
I received this particular order in a short time period. However, I ordered the wrong size and returned the order for refund. My replacement order apparently has been lost in transit.

Time from placing order to delivery was longer than I expected. Apparently product was not in stock. Website should indicate, so customer can decide whether to order. HisRoom did send me an email to inform of delay, which I appreciated.

I received the order 4 months after the order was placed. I didn't order something that required any special alterations or sizing. If the clothing wasn't available when I placed the order, it shouldn't have shown on the website as available to order. I could have taken a sewing class, made the underwear myself, and started a business selling them in the time it took to receive the order.
