I saw a cute and unique ornament of a baby animal in an acorn that was advertised for £25.00, and so I ordered one, and the bill/payment was in dollars, and it was put into dollars that amounted to nearly $42 dollars nearly;
It was going to be a nice Valentine's gift for my wife, but when this item eventually arrived, it wasn't a cute little ornament of a baby fox in an acorn, and it was a cheap photo of the fox in the acorn, with a cheap piece of string to make it a hanging pendant!
I can see NO return address or any contact details, and I have seemingly paid over £25 for a 'tacky' pendant!

There was no receipt, nor any proof of purchase or invoice!

I ordered FOUR Seaglass advent Calendars, 2025. What a mistake! First, it is not sea glass, but plastic. It comes in one shape, a plastic Christmas tree. Not what was advertised-it looked so fantastic! I would like a refund, but...

Good luck getting what you order

The products at this company are absolutely misleading and junk. They tell you money back guarantee for thirty days, but then want you to be out eighty to ninety dollars to ship a product back. Customer service does not help as I believe they are. Fully aware of what they are doing, and know, that they will get money out of you one way or another by keeping the products or a paying the crazy amount to send back and then they still get their products.

Is there was a way to rate this company with negative stars? Ordered translating earbuds that turned out no better than what Google translate does on my phone. Have been trying to contact company for returning instructions and no response. Sadly, read reviews about this company too late. STAY AWAY from this Company. Total SCAM!

This place is a scam took my last 150? Dollars I had it won't send me nothing. It's the worst place I've ever dealt with. It just steals people's money.I'm going to get my money back one way or another if I have to sue him

I was fooled. Took over a month to receive and the item was incorrect and damaged. They do not pay to return the item which is over $50 to ship to China. They offered $8 compensation for a $70 item.
Buyer beware.

I purchased a heated vest before reading the reviews. They sent the wrong size vest AND it's broken, yet they ant me to pay MORE to have a new one sent! Won't honour a refund. Cheapest material ever. Save yourself time and money and do not purchase!

This company listed a Highland Cow online. When I received the item, it was a very poor knockoff from China. The listing stated it was handmade in Scotland and each cow was handmade and took 48 hours to make. The listing said made of winter white Alpaca with polymer clay horns. The one sent was cheap fuzzy white cloth with cloth disfigured horns. What a JOKE! It was so bad, I wouldn't give it to my dog let alone my Grandchild. I contacted support for a refund PER THEIR LISTING and they offered me $8.00. They also said I could return it but also said it would cost me $50 to $80 to return it to China! These people are obviously selling counterfeit products. They are not honorable people and nothing more than infestation douche bags in my humble opinion. Don't waste your time or money buying from HILIPERT. There are lots of LEGIT companies to buy from on the internet and HILIPERT IS NOT ONE OF THEM! If you decide to buy from them, you will be very disappointed and lose your money. These people are 100% SCAMMERS...AVOID!

I ordered two seagrass art pieces. These are complete knockoffs and don't look like the beautiful ones advertised; they were supposed to be a wall size print and these are about 6"x8". You can see the glue all around the seagrass; they are horrible and I spent 39.99 on each. Totally scammed and when I asked to return they told me return shipping is $50-80 and if I didn't want to pay that then they would give me a credit of $8. BIG DEAL! I would give them a ZERO rating if I could.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I purchase a Hilipert Muscle Trainer Systems 1x Stimulatedabs Muscle Trainer Systems.
I have an implant defibrillator. Their warning, which I confirmed with my Dr., I cannot use the device.
I tried to contact them using the return contact email they provided: On 3 emails, Address not found

I paid $50 for what looked like a beautiful American themed wreath for my home and the website said it was from the USA. Wrong! It arrived from China looking nothing like the picture and it is too costly to return to China even though it states you can. They said they would refund $8, then $15, not the full $50 until I sent it back to China. TOTAL SCAM!

Ordered a dash cam from hilipert. Was suspicious when with in days they changed my delivery tract
Number twice. 30 days later no more delivery nbrs and no product.

A size 4X is smaller than an XXL and any returns need to go back to China. They will offer a small credit to "save" you shipping money. (Shipping to China is about $50), so unless you want something that does not fit, is basically unreturnable and lies about their return policy - do not order from this company.

This company is a scam! They would take your money, take your info and sell it, and not ship anything to you! Stay away from this company!
