They didn't send merchandise, took my money out of my account, no answer to phone calls etc no contact at all after they took money! Stay away from Hilipert etc
I should have read the reviews, just another ripoff from China. The scale I purchased would not sync with the app. They offered a $15 refund and that I would pay $50 to $80 to send it back to China. I heard this is their method of operation!

Ordered and paid for 5 emergency windshield breakers. Never received them. Company said they will only refund half my money because of incorrect address. I have conformation from company that the address given when merchandise was ordered was correct. SCAM!
I ordered two medium vests. Two extra large were sent. They refuse to exchange these unless I pay for international shipping to return the vests, international shipping for the new vests and an additional $25 fee.

Received heated vest with a large hole in the pocket. Size 2X will not fit any women with a small stature. Atrocious return policy having to ship item back to China at my expense.
I have sent numerous emails to this company, trying to resolve an issue with an item that was never delivered. I keep getting the same idiotic reply which I have dutifully answered giving the information they wanted. No refund, no replacement item, just the same message. Scam company, horrible, I would warn everyone not to buy from Hilipert.
