They don't really exist. Alibaba takes your money and it's a bait and switch scam! I ordered one thing and received another and I can not reach them to return the products. I ordered the VW bus cooler chest and got a toy VW. I can't reach them for a full refund to save my life. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB so no one else gets scammed. I'm sorry I didn't find this sitejabber before I spent my hard earned money.
I also got sucked into buying the rolling bus cooler and got the 5" toy. So annoying. I will be reaching out to PayPal to see if they can assist with a refund. Wish me luck!"
Ordered a VW bus cooler chest and got a toy VW model. The cooler chest is advertised as 26.5 inches long with a towing handle and will hold 24 16 ounce bottles with ice...……... the toy (which is in no way a cooler chest) is 4.5 inches long by 1.5 inches wide.
What a rip off. I paid 59.90 for camping chairs. I got POS! I don't even know what to call them. You can see the size because of my cell phone. This is NOTHING like what I ordered. I guess I got screwed BIG time. Stay away from this POS company. I had to give it one star... it should have been -5.

I used this website to buy a father's day present for my husband and ordered in May but months later it had still not arrived. There was no communication from Highsity so I started a dispute with PayPal to get a refund. They provided a fake tracking number to PayPal but 20 days later the package had still not been given to the carrier. Don't waste your money with this website. They will only disappoint you and will lie to PayPal.
The bracelets are very poor quality, super cheap in appearance. You are unable to read! Poor customer service no response when trying to reach the company! Took forever to come as well!
I purchased a braided leather bracelet with small custom beads from Highsity.com on May 30th. I paid $44.99 through PayPal. The advertisement on Facebook said that the bracelet would be here in time for Father's Day. It never arrived, so I was unable to give my husband his gift. It is now July 11th and I still have not received this product. That is a full 6 weeks without receiving my order. I have emailed the Customer Service department and am awaiting a response. As you can see in my screenshot, the status has been showing "In Transit" for over 6 weeks now with no location details. Stay away from this company.
