I bought squirrel throwing bird feeders and got Cheap bird feeders that wasn't even Dollar Store worthy.
The two wreaths I ordered arrived and they are pathetic! Much smaller than pictures on FaceBook. A complete waste of money!
The wreath that came was not the wreath I ordered. When I opened the clear bag there were broken pieces in the bag. The flowers were all smashed and flattened, I ordered purples with yellow but received an orange wreath. I wrote to the company & never got a response. It's very upsetting that the company doesn't care about us.
I ordered 2 wreathes. The quality is so inferior, cheap and nothing like advertised. Their money back guarantee is a joke... I've tried everything to get my $97.00 back... I can't even get a response.
Don't waste your money with Highsity!
If I could rate no-stars, I would. I ordered a powered chainsaw for $35 and all I got was a manual sawchain. Tried to contact them but never received a response (now the emails are returned). Followed through Paypal to another company that tells me that they can only offer a refund of $8! Total scam! DO NOT USE!
Waited 4 mths to get baby life like shark that moves, when delivery arrive it was a plastic toy shark quarter the size of what it should of been And solid plastic that can't even move. Company a rip off just a scam, l wish l had of seen this site before l purchased. Unable to contact them, these people should go to jail
The advertisement shoes a shark that moves around and you can tickle, etc. the toy that you get does nothing! It is a play I shark with no simulation. When you email the company you get no response. They are a fraud!
I, too, ordered the VW ice bucket, only to receive a scale model.
I, too, was told that I had ordered the wrong thing and needed to upgrade. Since then, there are no more replies.
Trouble is, I ordered 4 of them!

Being a native downstate New Yorker and highly skeptical, I'm surprised I got scammed, too! I ordered a VW Bus Cooler as a gift for my best friend, and they received a 5" metal model. To make matters worse, there was no packing slip or note stating who sent it or where it came from. When I finally spoke to my friend and sorted out that she had indeed received a package, thought not a cooler as advertised, I disputed the purchase with paypal.com and the paypal credit card company. It took an "investigation" that lasted months and they gave me such a hard time, finally "resolving" the dispute by telling me the charge would be permanently reversed if I send the VW Bus model back to China! I told them "hell no" and cancelled my paypal.com and paypal credit card accounts. So, in reality, I'm not out any money, just time and aggravation. On the other hand, my friend who was the gift recipient of the VW Bus, and I have been laughing ever since. So maybe it was worth the trouble. AND this American consumer won against Highsity, a Chinese scammer of high proportion!
I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered through high site. I did not receive what I paid for. They told PayPal it was delivered. Was supposed to be a rolling cooler to fit 24 cans and a model of a VW bus. The model came but never the cooler. PayPal would not dispute this because the toy bus was delivered. I payed $27 for a $2 toy! Thieves!
This is a hoax. This is a bait and switch scam. Ad shows a cute lifelike baby shark. Received hard plastic shark that looks like a dime store cheap hard plastic lifeless toy.
Ordered battery powered saw early sept. Credit card charged, recieved email sept 8th saying it was shipped. USPS shows no info. Today is sepi. 24th still nothing. Next email going to Josh Stein attorney general for North Carolina. Think this company is a RIP OFF!
This is not what I ordered at all. The advertisement showed a baby white shark that is robotic and playful. It's hard rubber toy only. Not worth it at all. I'm reporting this to PayPal and getting my money back. This is what the order consisted of:

Purchased a " dancing shark " for $19.99 + shipping for my grandson, was provided with a false tracking number. Its been almost a month I tried to track it but again, the number I was provided is a non valid number. Hey whoever you are at highsity, your a worthless lazy sorry excuse! Why don't you go out and ACTUALLY EARN a living instead of scamming, lying and STEALING from honest, hard working and trusting people. I truly hope that you get caught, I will see to it that you do! Enjoy my money while you can
I did receive some goods but not what I ordered. The company does not respond to emails or web contact.
Ordered "rolling VW hippy bus cooler".
Received die cast metal VW bus.
In order to return you have to email them, which the address is invalid.
There is no other means of contacting this Company.
Ordered the VW Bus cooler for my husband, that is HUGE VW fan and got a toy. Took a month to get it. Wish I could send it back and get what I ordered.
Ordered the Volkswagen Bus cooler and after waiting a month I got a metal model VW. The site says if you are not happy for any reason let them know... Oh I let them know and wrote a review of the product. Never heard from them and my review never made it to their site.
Same experience as the other review when the item finally arrived it was a small toy not the cooler. In communications with the company they said it was a mistake on my part when I ordered And that there is a standard and upgrade option. This is laughable, they are clearly running a scam.
