Selling Big Easy
September 19, 2020

Love the idea of selling New Orleans but the host is not classy at all. Her little folksy comments aren't cute—especially for realtor selling high end properties. Love the show but needs another host. She talks too much! Inappropriate. Improper comments!

Episode Captions
September 15, 2020

I realize this is a very difficult year for all of us and I know we have to have a lot of reruns instead of new shows. I enjoy the reruns with unseen scenes and captions I was just wondering why the captions have to be printed in unreadable letters on a similar background. Also, they only stay up there for a split second and I have only read about 3 words of the caption. I wish they could all be printed in black letters and left up for a few more seconds so I could get the point of the caption. I watch HGTV every night and it is my favorite channel. I have my favorites of course and I'll bet you can guess #1 are the Prop Brothers.

Please don't bring her back. Impossible to watch. Can't you find anyone else to fill that spot. She's a terrible designer and her acting is worse. No one want to watch her. She's so fake!

Most people watching these remodeling shows have a clue & don't need to be "told" with irritating voice what we are watching. Not only is it annoying, but also insulting to our intelligence and unnecessary. Please stop inserting this into the shows.

LOVE IT
August 8, 2020

I have loved HGTV since it first came on TV. Do not care for fixer upper, however as all of the houses look the same with the same boring neutral colors. Also I find the couple to be pretty unathentic. Who doesn't have a TV in their house, but puts their kids on it? Weird. I enjoy Hometown much more as I find they are much more like real people, and the houses are decorated differently with a strong sentimental touch. Erin really listens to what her clients want. I think she is amazing and Ben is incredibly talented. They remind me a bit of my husband and I and I just love that!

Love it!
August 8, 2020

I have to be honest and say that some of the things Karen does are just downright nasty and it really bothers me. But I love Mina! She's the best! But I'll tell you who I think makes the show! It's Jack. What a cutie pie! He is sooooo adorable and sweet! He's a very good baby. I like Tad too. He makes me laugh sometimes and Austin is the sweetest, most kind person ever! His personality is in my opinion, awesome! I love him. He is just cool!

Almost all the shows are just remixes of old shows. Then they label them as new. Getting very disappointed with this strategy.

I love HGTV and every program EXCEPT that disgusting conceited witch, I wish I could call her worse cuz she deserves it, Christina On the Coast, but HGTV won't allow us to swear, but seriously, let's put Christina On The Coast where she belongs... and that's in a trailer park. She's the ugliest woman on TV today just because she's a conceited b word. Hey Christina! Why don't you stop trying to be so pretty, cuz you're NOT, and stop wearing MAKEUP on your show, moronic B word, god I hate this woman!

Have you people lost your minds? I watched your show last night on House Hunters and there for all to see was a threesome looking for a house together. I am totally insulted that you have reached such a low level. There were children involved too. Have you reached such a low level that you must resort to cheap theatrics while alienating your fans? How dare you. You have lost a loyal fan.

The latest Flipping across America with Aubrey and Bristle. OMG they did a $******* rehab for $*******. What a crock. There is no way they could totally remake that house for $*******. They did both inside and out complete makeover. I used to live in Vegas and know what things cost. How could HGTV put such frauds on tv. That's it for me. I used to like the shows but that HGTV would stoop to such levels and not check out what these so called flippers are saying they are flipping houses for does such an in service to everyone watching the show. People will think they can just flip a house and make $******* when in reality they will go bankrupt.

I love Love It or List it. What a great and classsy pair. Length of time on each phase is perfect. I also enjoy Home Town very much. HGTV is the channel I watch the most.

House Hunters International aired June 30,2020 at 10:30 PM and was not very family friendly. My greatgrand daughter watches HGTV. If they're changing their ratings, then I may need to stop watching!

The concept of Bargain Mansions is good. HOWEVER, it has consistently turned the interiors of beautiful, historical structures into eclectic, ghastly, incoherent designs that try to incorporate modern tastes with historical features. The decorative patterns and colors especially follow NO COHESIVE style or design. It's a dizzying array of furniture, furnishings, and art in each room that do not relate to each other or to the whole. The results end up looking like bargain basement designs. I stopped watching this show because it's been a continuing disappointment.

OMG this was awful full of reality drama and a decorator that needs to stop playing with her hair. SHE needs to stop winning and what's she can doing. Like watching a bad movie and so slow.
I hope you are not going down hill as I love this show.

I like this show but what I don't like is all the bull of all the fake staged things that go on.
I like these shows because it gives me a refreshing break from all the fake junk going on in the world right now.
Then when I see all the fake staging it just takes away the joy of the show.
These are obviously very smart flippers and some of the fake staged things make them look like idiots.
I guess that is why I REALLY like Home Town. Seems to be the only show without staged fake junk.

I just watched an hour's worth of boring. A woman renovated a lake house, doubling its size (I think), and making it "passive". Too much talk about the sister whose house it is, and too much lamenting about whether the sister and brother-in-law "will like it". Just as I got (finally) to the big reveal, the show was cut off so that a recycled "Home Town" could play. Don't know if this is HGTV or ATT/Direct TV, but I do know that there have been some shows so boring that I stopped watching, including the twins in WA whose diction is so perfect that it is irritating to listen to. HGTV needs to up its game and find some people with personality!
