I ordered two bras, following their sizing suggestions. Both were too small. I returned them the same day. It has been three weks with no exchange yet. I cobtacted the company after 2+ weeks and was told the exchange was "being processed". Still no email its been shipped. I am very disappointed. This has been over a month since original order.

Sent a different bra then was ordered, also ordered two bras got one that was round two on order gave up.

My order was placed quite some time ago. Out of 9 pairs of panties I have only received 3 pairs so far.

We immediately sent you the 3 in stock. We have also sent you 5 order status emails. We are sorry you are not pleased, but the good news is that you will eventually receive all 9 panties once the vendor receives their inventory from over seas. I hope this answers your question.

Ordered 4 bras - they took my paypal for the entire order but as of 3/1/22 I have only received half of my order. I am still hoping to receive the other 2. Although the price was good - the wait is not worth it. Should have paid the extra money and bought locally.

You checked the box stating you understood they were on back order with this date. As for PayPal, they require immediate payment up front. I hope this answers your question.
