I don't order often, because of shipping costs, so I wait until I'll be ordering many items. Great herbs for health and cooking. I started out just buying chicory and coffee, then moved on to teas and herbs.
My package was lost during the delivery process and even though I contacted Herbco they didn't do anything to help me find my package or really help me in any way. I lost my purchase completely.

I ordered whole sage, linden leaves and flowers, and rose hips (whole). Sage and linden were completely crushed, barely any leaves or flowers, and there were some wood-like items inside the sage. Totally useless. Rose hips were whole and intact, so I might order those again but definitely nothing else. I was ordering sage and linden from another company but they were not going to arrive on time so I gave Herb Co a try and I sure do regret that.
At first I was excited to be able to find some more niche herbs and powders that I haven't been able to find elsewhere, and not at exorbitant prices either! Then they arrived and they looked *amazing*. I cannot overstate the quality of what I received -- not only was everything well-dried so that the original colors were retained as best as possible, but the scent and flavors were as well, I couldn't ask for more from a spices/herb company.
I received everything quickly, packaged well for travel so nothing was crushed in transit, and I will *certainly* be ordering again from this site.

I have placed several orders with Monterey Bay Herb Co. I have been pleased with all of them. It is easy to order and they always deliver quickly.
Other than the fact that there is STILL no dill weed in stock after all this time, Monterey Bay is great to deal with. They have all the herbs I could ever want, fast service, and reasonable prices.
