Ordering is very nice and simple. Also I like the pictures of the products. The quality of the products is excellent.

The only thing I don't like is the high cost of shipping and the high threshold for free shipping.

I have bought spices and teas for years through you guys and it is always a great experience. I like the variety and I feel like I discover something new to research on the side every time I place an order.

In the past I had an issue with a product that was either of very poor quality or had been mislabeled because it clearly was not the actual herb or of characteristic quality I know from 20 years of consistent use, but instead I was given the runaround and treated rudely, and only after a month was finally given a refund. I also gave that Reishi product ((it did not look or taste like reishi powder) a poor rating on the website and when I looked for my rating more recently I did not see it listed on the site which seems very fraudulent if the ratings are being manipulated to only being higher ones than what actual users give it. I'm only buying again with some hesitation because the prices are very reasonable and crossing my fingers that there won't be any problems with the quality. I would likely be buying more often from Herbco if I never had the previous quality issue and more recently didn't see the ratings manipulations..

Originally ordered the organic but was notified you were out and I would be getting a credit. Would have been nice had they suggested substituting the regular Butterfly Pea Flower.

Nice to have an alternative to Walmart and Amazon when it comes to herbs, but with all things being pretty close to equal, the bottom line still rules for old-timers eking out a living on a fixed income. If you can make some kind of accommodation for people like us, you'll have steady customers. But again, sorry to say, all things being pretty much equal, the bottom line by necessity will always rule. And excessive S&H is the deal killer.

Also, Watsonville USPS did not keep delivery status up-to-date and left us wondering. And have received emails asking for some kind of feedback that led nowhere, links invalid, page expired, etc. Not good.
