I'm exploring Czech and Hungarian cuisine, which frequently call for parsley root. Parsley root has a unique, mellow sweetish flavor that in the US is frequently replaced by parsnip as a substitute. That's like substituting lemons for oranges, they are similar but noticeably different.
The only reason for 3 stars for shopping experience is the shipping being so expensive. I have over 50 herbs i need to order but that shipping cost is keeping me from committing to the order..
There is a fast turnaround with me getting my order which is wonderful. The reason for only 4 stars is because the quality of the herbs is not the greatest.
